I ordered 4 clothing items. One item was damaged during transport. Modlily graciously dealt with that return. I needed to return the other three items, as they did not fit or work for my occasion, but communication via my email as directed by Modlily did not address my return request, and looks like I'm not getting a refund.
Delivery is always on time. Clothes excellent quality and size correct.
The shopping experience itself and service were fine. I was disappointed in the quality of the merchandise. The fabrics were beautiful colors, but very substandard in quality. They didn't fit well and were very cheaply made.

I waited till the last minute to shop for vacation clothes. ModLily had most everything I wanted in stock. The selection was great. Everything was delivered promptly and in time for my trip and the best thing was everything fit.
I ordered a dress and mistakenly made a double order of the item. When I realized the error, immediately made contact with help personnel on Chat site they have. Help was immediate, easily solved, personnel helpful and understood the mistake. Non-stressful.
I ordered 3 bathing suits from Modlily and the website advertised "free returns." I would not have ordered had there not been an option for return. When I received the order, the bathing suits were poorly made--primarily due to sizing issues that did not line up with the size charts on their website. The bust size was completely "out of whack." I was hanging out on the top, sides, everywhere. The bottoms were supposed to be waist high, but were hip-hugger and the stride in one of the suits was way too short. When I tried to return the items, suddenly two of them swimsuits are not returnable as they were classified as "flash sale." Interestingly, they were two the most expensive items I ordered. Won't buy from them again -- buyer beware, read all the fine print and anticipate a poor return experience should you need to return items.
Experience was good delivery great. Only one major complaint kept receiving adds from you same old.
I did unsubscribe so many times and still in they came. Unfortunately that's why I'm unhappy.

I think it is ridiculous the cost for the buyer to send back items that don't fit. You want a tracking number which is even more expensive. $50 to send a small package back is crazy. Will not purchase again at this cost. Will stick to other companies that don't charge to send back.

Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
