Modlily has offered to send me a replacement of an item marked delivered, but not received, in exchange for this review.

Modlily made right my missing order. I appreciate their help

Right now I am only giving 3 star until I see how well the return/exchange process works. I don't have a problem with the quality so far (I have not laundered anything yet, so I don't know how well the clothing launders yet). But I did return (3) items for exchange, all in the original packaging and in the same condition as shipped to me and there is no update on the website. I received my order on May 10th and the warehouse received the return items on May 20th. I will change my rating when I see how well this exchange process works. At this time I am not real impressed.

Difficult site to navigate. Inaccurate info regarding use of their coupons

Purchase was missing 2 items from the order. Matching skirt from one suit and a separate pair of swim shorts. I attempted to have them resent but you said it was not possible. The package was too small and would get lost.

I shopped Modlily's excellent buys and found way too many things I wanted to purchase for me. I was able to get many of these cute items because of their deep discounts, incentives, and coupons. I saved a lot of money and in 17 days, I got my order. I cannot tell you how happy I am with what I got, both jewelry and clothing pieces. I will be ordering from Modlily again. They have cool looking things that receive many complements when worn.

I browsed thru the website. I placed an order. Shortly I received my complete order. I washed and dried the tops and they all fit perfectly. Your website is awesome.

I don't understand your shipping costs a shirt I ordered it was 9.98 and shipping was $5.99 to ship. However a $28.98 shirt I wanted was chargeing 10.99 to ship! What the hell!

I love my top! It is very pretty and well made! The only problem is, it takes SO long to get it. If I order something I'd like to get it within at least 2 days. There are 2 more tops I like but I won't buy them.

I love what I have so far. The swim skirt is perfect. Great fit and very cute. When I accidentally ordered two of the same suit you guys fixed it for me right away so I didn't have to go thru the return process and all. I was impressed.

Had to pay for returning my unsatisfactory dresses that I ordered. They were way too big.

I ordered 4 tops on April 27th, however, I did not receive them until May 22nd. My first order of 2 bathing suits arrived very quickly.

Ordered $136 worth of swimwear, only to cancel immediately after reading the true negative reviews on Reddit and elsewhere. Modlily promised a refund via "Clara" on the site chat, but conveniently did not send it in automatic form when checking the box for such. No product was delivered, the product was cancelled within minutes, and yet Modlily wants to now offer an in-store credit and keep the monies collected! The bank has been notified of the fraudulent scam and has possession of the chats that were sent after numerous requests (sans the original), for the purposes of dispute resolution.

This is my first time shopping with ModLily! Loved the quality of the garments and the fast shipping. I'll be back!

I placed an order for 4 shorts back on the7th of May and I still have not received it, but I'm hopeful it will arrive this week.
