No complaints...whatsoever! I really like everything I chose. For reasonably priced clothing, everything is made well and looks nice. Did everything that I ordered fit? No, but I expected that so I wasn't disappointed that I need to lose a little more weight before I can get into to two of the items bought.

Ordered two blouses, large size. What was received were marked as larges but more like XXL for other retailers sizes.
Used online form to request return and exchange, that form is confusing. So I called customer service to verify the size I need is MEDIUM. Received email from Modlily stating the size requested is same as first ordered. I have sent them another email stating the exchange is for MEDIUM. Still waiting on their replay and new smaller sized items.
Poor customer service since they don't know how to update their own RMA records correctly.

Found nice selection, fair rice for swim shorts and swim skirt…. To go with my swim tops

Sizes vary greatly with these products. I am a medium on top and a small (size 6) for bottoms. That said, some bottoms are enormous in the small size. Likewise, the tops can be tight or just right. It's a bit of a game of chance.

Ordered approx 8 swimsets + other items in Feb 2024. 6 swimsets didn't fit. Was out of state for 10 wks to care for family member, who then passed away. Pkg was on porch when we returned. Although return time ended while I was gone, I contacted Modlily & they offered to extend my return time. I was VERY pleased with their customer service! Thank you.

ModLily has so many styles and colors to pick from. There's lost of interesting tops, much more than just a regular T-shirt..

One month later and still waiting on half of my order. Also need to return a couple items I have received but can't access the return information. Maybe once the rest of my order arrives?
