I love the swimsuits I've ordered. I wish shipping was a bit faster, but they were worth the wait!
I ordered 2 bathing suits from the app. I added an available 10% off coupon. When the purchase went through the discount didn't show up. I contacted Modlily customer service through the app and the representative stated she would have to ask her manager to apply the 10% discount to my original method of payment. She responded quickly and professionally. One of the responses has her name as "Sunshine". I would try to get her again if I had issues with the app.

I noticed I had ordered the wrong swimsuit and sent an email to CS requesting to please replace the wrong swimsuit with the correct. I received an email within a day saying they were able to make the change! I never had to jump through any hoops! It was so easy!
