When my order was supposedly delivered to my previous address, they were great to work with!

I ordered two bathing suits last month. The colors are vibrant and the quality is outstanding. Unfortunately they didn't fit my body-type. The customer service was top-notch & they're allowing me to return the bathing suits. I will definitely be finding something else to replace them as I loved the quality and colors. Plus... they offer great deals!

I bought a jumper from the website. It was a little big but during the timeframe I had unexpected surgery and was unable to make it to return the item. I contacted customer service and they assured me, although I was a day late from the return date that they would Allow me to return the item.

My package had the incorrect address and was sent back. Once I tracked it and provided correct address, they kindly resent my order free of charge.

Modlily has great customers service and their bathing suits are really great quality for an affordable price. I am a mom of 3, and do not feel comfortable wearing regular bikinis anymore but these made me feel young, sexy, and beautiful while still covering what I wanted it to.

My shipment was sent to the wrong address and Modlily is reshipping it without hassle! Can't wait to see my swimsuit!
