Was able to exchange the swimsuit for a new one once I contacted customer service to get the link to pay for the difference in swimsuit price. Sadly my exchange will not get to me in time for my vacation but i look forward to wearing it for future trips.

I was a little hesitant to order from an online company like ModLily but when I received my tankini bathingsuit...I was so wowed with the color, the feel, and the perfect fit! So excited to wear it!

I bought two bathing suits, one of which fit amazing, but the other fit all wrong. When I went to return the one that wasn't quite right, I messed up the very simple process and ended up planning to exchange it for the exact same item in the exact same size. My bad. Embarrassing, I know. But Modlily's return system allowed me to communicate with them promptly and explain my mistake and exchange the wrong suit for a totally different bathing suit in the proper size! It was a matter of a return email – no calls or waiting on hold. Easy peasy. Plus, they were so helpful and understanding of my error. They even waived the slight price difference between the too-small suit and the new one that I chose instead. Really impressed with the terrific and responsive customer service! Answer: You probably received same aweful material that I did but different color and design! My top was advertised as 95% cotton. Modlily LIED. I received a unbelievably ugly top in polyester. I wouldnt give it away to my worst enemy. I ordered through Paypal who has a new division solely dedicated to Modlily returns and complaints! Paypal will get my money back and I will be posting all over the interner to warn people of these chinese thieves!
