I purchase often from modlily and love all their clothes and they have exceptional customer service as well.

1. Slow service 2. Sizes inconsistent 3. One swimsuit is L, little loose, another is XXL, very snug. 4. impossible to get a refund. 5. Ridiculous to charge so much for shipping. 6. no emails to show progress of delivery. 7. Customer service was of no help.

I ordered the wrong size and the return/exchange was simple and fast. Because I had ordered other items that were the wrong size that hadn't been shipped, I asked if I could change the size on those items. They responded immediately and changed my pending order.

I bought two tankini swimsuits that have bottoms that look like shorts and the tops are tank tops with built in bra. I am very comfortable wearing the tops with blue jeans to go to the grocery store or other errands.

I can't really say as part of my order still hasn't come after 2 weeks. The first part was a matter of days. With shipping so much quicker today. I'm surprised with the time it takes.
