This was an easy shopping experience. The items I was looking for were easy to find.
Do not order from Modlily unless you are 100% sure of the item and size that you order. Its when you need to exchange something that things begin going wrong. I am out about $100 because I wanted to exchange some items for size or didn't like and from there it has been a fiasco and I doubt I will see my $100 (it's been two months). Very important is that they do not have a phone number to call for customer service.
I ordered some tops from Modlily and the quality was fine. Unfortunately, I had three tops to return either because of size or I didn't like it. Went to their website and attempted to do a return and exchange for different items. The website would not work so I started a chat with a representative. The information he was asking for was not readily available and the manner in which he was attempting to help me was unclear. I finally got out of the chat and went back and I think I did, the return and exchanges but they sent no paperwork and I have no idea whether there is going to be a charge or a credit. This company has no phone number to call for help. I do not recommend doing business with them.
