Do not order from Modlily unless you are 100% sure of the item and size that you order. Its when you need to exchange something that things begin going wrong. I am out about $100 because I wanted to exchange some items for size or didn't like and from there it has been a fiasco and I doubt I will see my $100 (it's been two months). Very important is that they do not have a phone number to call for customer service.

I like most items I receive. However, sizes can be either too large, small or not as shown. I have had to spend additional money for alterations, especially sleeve length. It is difficult to know if you actually receive refunds!

I ordered 3 blouses of which I had to send 1 back. Not a problem customer service very nice on sending me return label. I sent the blouse back for same blouse smaller size. They received the blouse I sent in 3 days, now it seems to be taking forever to get my exchange back. They told me in the mail over a week ago, but guess it is coming from CHINA! It is upsetting when you order and wait for weeks then have to send back and wait more weeks! Products are really nice but they mailing issues need to be addressed better.

I bought a bathing suit size 3X and it's a little loose but I can take it in and it's fine. I love it. The second one I ordered, I went down a size but there's no way this can be a 2X. I took pictures of it on top of the other one and there's a huge difference. I would like to return it, but I don't know how.
