I bought a nice sweater online here. The purchase process was good and fast. The delivery process was really good, the items arrived on time with updated tracking.

I frequently buy things from this boutique and I am never disappointed. All my clothes are true to size, quality is probably the best I have ever had! Shipping is literally faster than I expect in these cases. It could go on forever :)

I have emailed them many times asking so many questions and they are very quick to reply and are so helpful answering them, I have never had a problem with the customer service or the buying experience!

I bought 3 dresses online at this boutique. One of them was too big, so I sent an email to ask about the refund and a girl replied within minutes and was very professional and friendly compared to what I have received from other online clothing stores. Now I am returning my dress and keeping the other 2 which are fantastic with a smile on my face! I will look to buy here as much as I can now!

The website and app are easy to use. The size is mostly correct, but I've had some parts that end up being too small and I've had to size them. I bought around 20 items of clothing from this boutique over the past year or so and I loved all but one, I was disappointed in the quality which seemed to be excellent online but it was a very thin transparent material I ended up sending it back with no problem and with return free.

I ordered a pair of shoes they were exactly what the picture said the pants are very comfortable and they were delivered in a timely manner and the online chat was fantastic thank you so much for a great shopping experience.

It's been several times that I buy here and I've always found myself well. The products always correspond to the photos and the quality is excellent. They are punctual in the deliveries and I have NEVER paid the customs duties. I will continue shopping on this site.
