I ordered an orange watch band for my Apple Watch Ultra on June 21,2023. When I didn't receive it after two weeks I tried to cancel my order. They couldn't because they said that it was already shipped. Today they told me it was delivered on July 13. It was not. USPS tracking tells me it's still in transit. Their tracking app 17Track says: delivered on July 13 in Houston TX. I live in Seattle, WA!
Worst case ever, first one fell apart. I purchased a second hoping things would be better, well guess what, It wasn't. After 10 months of easy home usage, it's falling apart. Here's the worst thing,,,,I emailed Moderno with receipt and pictures. They tell me they will replace it. Then two days later they say it exceeded the company policy of 6 months therefore they won't replace it. Wow, poor product backed up with even poorer customer service. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered a 10.5" iPad case from Moderno several weeks ago. I had my device stolen between the time I placed my order and when it arrived. So, I bought an 11" iPad and requested an exchange so I'd have the right size.
I ran into multiple issues: (a) first, my exchange request was lost; (b) second, the shipping information I was provided did not work; (c) third, when I finally received the exchange item, it was the wrong size.
I had to follow up with the company each time. They were not proactive in letting me know about any of these issues. For a company that says they are customer focused, it's clear that's not the case.
Ordered my laptop charger, a consultant easily helped me pick out the model that I need and placed the order the next day, courier delivered on time to work as I requested and I can say that worked on five! The charger works fine!

Beautiful stand but it is not working correctly. The major problem is that I cannot connect my iPad to the rear port. I have tried several cables and none of them charge my iPad. I know these cables work because I have tried them elsewhere. I have contacted Moderno and I hope they offer a solution, otherwise I will have to return the stand.
Also, my Iphone Mag safe case barely clings to the stand. It is not an otter, just a normal mag case and it should be magnetized much better than it is.

I ordered an iPad case on April 27th. The promised delivery time was 7 days. USPS made the first delivery attempt on May 14th (17 days after order placement) and 17th when I was out working. After that USPS considered my house vacant and return the product to the sender (tracking number 9261 2903 1283 3913 3078 24, remove the spaces). The product is now on its way back to Moderno, but they refuse to refund my card. In other words, they have my money and I have nothing.

Answer: No, I have actually received two of three items ordered. I assume many people think they're a scam because they take your money with your order, send an email at some point saying they shipped the product with no tracking # or any further communication. 35+ days later, after people think they've been scammed it showed up, missing items or wrong item. Not a scam, only a horrible managed company that I can't imagine how they're still in business.
Answer: They don't give you anything but an automated response- I tried politely 3x, and pretty firm in my 4th. We'll see what happens now since I filed a complaint with the Federal Trades Commission and the Better Business Bureau.
