BEWARE... This is the worse company ever. They take your money. Don't fill your order and will not answer your emails.

Terrible time with this company only communication is via e-mail can't find a phone number, although they responded within a couple of days to my e-mails, it took 3 weeks to get one little item a watch/bracelet, and then it was the wrong color! When I e-mailed that to them, they wanted me to take a picture of it to send! So I can and will never refer this terrible company, so sorry I ordered from them just chalk up to a hard lesson learned for sure!

I ordered the "i love you more" necklace for my daughter. The response time from pkacing my order to delivery was very prompt. The necklace arrived today and my daughter loves it. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
When i had a question i always received a fast response. Delivery was prompt.

MobStub is a disreputable company --- do not shop with them unless you enjoy tossing your money out! I do most of my shopping online and have never come across such a frustrating retailer. They send out the wrong product and then, when you try to get them to exchange it for the product you actually ordered - even providing the copy on the description page of the item -- they tell you there are no refunds or exchanges. Online customer service just says the same thing over and over -- no refunds, no exchanges. The customer service telephone number cuts you off after the recording suggests that you call back later. That's it. They only got one star because there was no selection for ZERO.

They are an awesome company. When I did a duplicate order, I was able to get ahold of them to cancel it via Facebook, Messager, and email and they responded very ASAP. I now have my friends and family ordering from MobStub. Always look forward to the new items they have for sale. I have ordered tons of things and I am completely satisfied. Prices are unbeatable.

Big time disappointment in this website do not order from it can't even talk to a person no phone number given I never received my product.

They suck, did not offer any real help on issue, rplied with BS response and closed the issue, I still do not have the item I ordered.

I am so disappointed in this company and I have learned a valuble lesson. On 11-27-14, I placed an order for the Mother /Daughter and the Grandmother/Granddaughter bracelets for gifts, order #******* and I received the Mother/Daughter bracelet two days ago and I tried to call the 888# the have on therir site and of course, I just kept getting a machine telling me to call back, which I did, to no avail! The machine directs you to their support email address and again, to no avail! These people are just downright crooks and just don't give a carp about you once they get your money. They could either respond by email or just be honest and credit my money back to my card for the item I didnm't receive. I am seriously considering contacting the Better Business Bureau in reference to this company.
So folks, save your time and money...

I paid for 2 items but only received 1. You can't talk to customer service at all just leave a msg. But they don't respond back to you. My order number is: *******. This was to be a Christmas gift, now I've got to go and replace this item with something else. NEVER NEVER will do business with them again. They get your money but you get no item.

I ordered something from this site, as it seemed a great place to buy cheap Christmas gifts. They sent me the wrong item. When I e-mailed customer service and asked for my money back, they said that "per their return policy," all incorrect or defective orders could only be exchanged. I asked if I could return the item and get my money back, and they refused. I spent $30 on a gift I never received. I do not even want the item any more, just my money back. The customer service reps refused to help me do a return. Had I known about their screwy return policy, I would never have ordered from them.

I ordered the necklace "I love you to the moon and back". It was very cheaply made, and within the first few hours of my 13 yr old wearing it, the charm was lost and fell off off. Also... DO NOT ORDER from this site... my CC number was stolen thru this site... check their reviews!

OMG. I just got my 9" black Dawgs! And I love them! They are soooo comfortable. I received them 10 days after ordering and that was during Thanksgiving holiday. I will diffently order another pair or two in the near future. Let's see red, blue or purple? Maybe all three. Happy holidays to me!

I recently purchased a Bluetooth Stereo Headset as a gift. After a brief period 1 of the wires became loose and detached itself. Not sure how or if their return policy would work or if a major hassle would take place. I wrote an email to the company hoping for the best. It wasn't long (aprox 24 hrs) I was pleasantly surprised to receive instructions on how to obtain a replacement. The only drawback was the shipping department which I'm sorry to say would give an overall better rating. If they were on board with Sachie the person that handled my claim like a true professional. In spite of that department I would do business again because of Sachie.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! Mobstub advertises name brand items But you get cheap Made In China crap. I ordered the bluetooth headsets that are advertised bluetooth and got some thing in a zip lock plastic bag. It's supposed to be the being the neck bluetooth and the bag says made in China with a little paper telling me something about the "supposed bluetooth" that doesn't work. The company won't do anything about it.

I ordered a pair of beat headphones. Just arrived today and the bass is broken. Tried sending a message through their "Contact us page" and of course that page is "broken". Completely unsatisfied. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a necklace over a month ago, never received it. I left an email, and Ester got back to me saying sorry you never received your necklace I am going to find out and get back with you. After I left several not so nice messages, Esther got back to me once again saying my necklace was shipped and gave me a ups tracking number, so I looked up that tracking number and guess what it didn't exist! Something needs to be done about this company because it is a scam! Worst experience ever! Whoever is posting this company is great is friends/family! This company sucks!
