Had a small problemwith mis-communication. The customer service was EXCELLENT, the we're quick to resolve my problem and did so with a very pleasant attitude. It was obvious to me that truly care about theit customers. Will definitely be a loyal customer in the future.

I love the deals on mobstub. Sure, they are generally off brand items but still, a deal is a deal. Besides, if you have an issue with anything, the customer service is on the ball, so there is little waiting for any problem to be rectified.

I'd ordered from them before and never had an issue until one time I had an email stating that my package was delivered on a Friday. Well, no package. I waited until the following week and still no package. I wrote to them asking what to do and eventually Lilly replied and asked a few questions. She ended up getting the product sent again and I just received it. Kudos to them for stepping up to the plate!

Mobstub has great deals and excellent service. Speed of turnaround is also a good feature. I especially liked the deal on the Beats Earphones by Dre! What a bargain. Thank you

Still haven't received my items. Tracking showed no progress and package is still in NY. Never again.

I bought a 2-pack of 10-foot, braided lightning to USB charging cables. It took 12 business days for them to ship, and almost a month until it showed up. I have been using them for 3 days, and they have already broken at the base of the lightning connector, and intermittently charge. I am very disappointed, and will NEVER purchase from them again.

Reasonable deals for cheap price. I have bought items ranging from faux jewelry to cell phone chargers. Quality is good. Items ship after the sale ends. No complaints. Order #/*******

Very unhappy with this company! I ordered Bluetooth headset on sept 3 received a email that they were shipped waited a week and never got them, sent at least 10 emails they responded that they would follow up with it and nothing! Took my money and didn't deliver! I finely sent a $#*! letter telling them I was turning them in and the following day I got a email my package was shipped, 2 days later came by fed x not usps. It took 1 1/2 months to receive my product. I will never buy from them again. BIG RIP OFF and the worst customer service I have ever delt with. Stay away.

Mobstub is a scam, my 14 year old saved up money to not buy himself a paor of Bluetooth headphones but to buy his younger brothers and sisters some too. We purchased early Sept. Two weeks later we got a shipping notice, 2 weeks later no package arrived so it contacted USPS and they said the package was NEVER shipped. So I contacted mobstub and got a computer generated reply. Got another reply the next day saying there's dome shipping problems "please be patient". Got another reply a few days later with a UPS tracking #. Only problem is the tracking# was from an old package that was shipped and delivered from FL to NY. I'M IN UTAH! Are you kidding me this is a scam website, they may be writing fake reviews! Stay clear away!

Ordered two items from MobStub on 9/8/14. Received email confirmation of their shipment. When package arrived the order contained only one item. I have been patiently emailing for over a month to get the rest of my order delivered. I was told there was a problem with a shipment and I would receive my item "soon." Soon has not yet come. On 10/13/14 I received an email offering store credit (?!) for my next purchase, if that was OK with me. I responded it was definitely not OK and if they could not deliver, then I expected the refund to be put on my credit card. No response from the company. Beware of MobSub!

I was a bit afraid after I read the bad reviews but I must say I was very satisfied with what I ordered and the timely fashion in which it arrived.

I emailed customer service. My BoHo watch did not work. The person I dealt with was very good. Got a new watch within 7 days. She wanted to make sure I was satisfied which I was. I like the variety of products. I like Mob Stub very much.

I love the things. I have bought make up brushes (2 sets), sheets, and recently a boho watch. Everything had been great quality. I receive my order very fast. Usually within a week or 10 days. I would highly recommend MOBSTUB.

Such a great deal, i got 2! This is my husband's brand of razor, men's Mach3 Razor Cartridges, so when i saw them on MobStub for only $35 per 16 pack, i was sold. I've ordered many things from this vendor, and they always come promptly and they give you a $1 social media discount.

This website is a scam! They take your money and don't send you the items. Their customer service does not respond via their support emails and they don't even have a phone number. Maybe that should've been my first clue. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Mobstub has been a great site to shop online for discount prices. I have purchased several items and they have always been shipped in a timely manner. I recommend this site and their products.
