My order was lost in shipping. I called USPS and they were working on finding package. I emailed MOBSTUB and they responded quickly and said they would reship as it appeared lost. It took 3 weeks to get my order, and it was NOT what I ordered. I ordered the gold, and got silver. Went online to double check and now the gold is OUT OF STOCK. Guess when they run out of one thing, they ship another! Saw several items I would like to have, but will NOT be ordering anything from them again. Too much distress for small stuff.

I don't generally write reviews, but felt the need to. I ordered 3 "Apple Certified" 10' charging cords in late Nov for Christmas presents. They were shipped on a timely basis, and I was, at that time very pleased. I gave them as gifts, and within 30 days of using the cords, one of the ends came off the the cord, so it is no longer functional. I email twice, no response, then messaged on Facebook, and did get a reply. The rep was very polite, however, their return policy for defective merchandise is 15 days. Understanding that, all I wanted was for the cord to be replaced. They will not do that. The did offer a 50% off one time coupon. I will NEVER purchase anything from them again. I will find merchants that will stand behind their products. As always, you get what you pay for. I cannot and will not recommend this company to anyone.

Ordered 2 pair of gloves which arrived fairly quickly but one was damaged and the other was not the color indicated (was maroon instead of red). I wrote to their support address via their contact link on the website and have heard nothing nor have had any confirmation that I would hear anything. Can't do much about it, but now I don't even read their ads.

After I had placed my first ordered with MobStub I decided I should take a look at the reviews by other purchasers. I was horrified by what I read here. I felt like a complete sucker! But a couple of days later I received an email stating that my order had shipped and I felt a little more secure. A few days later the bracelets I ordered arrived right on schedule, in perfect condition and were exactly as I had envisioned from the descriptions and pictures. How nice to have my expectations exceeded for such a great price. I am very pleased and will order from MobStub again when I find products there that I want or need.

I ordered 2 necklaces, both appear same as picture. Quality not as high as I would like, but for the price I am happy with my purchase. Shipping time frame was also reasonable. I would purchase from them again.

Processing time frame is a joke, but now I see their headquarter is a residential apartment somewhere in Brooklyn. Curtains arrived without original package stuffed in a usps priority envelope wrapped in shipping tape. Damn, should've just stuck with Amazon. First and last thats for sure.

Terrible customer service and extremely slow to send out orders. I placed an order on Dec 31 and sent an email to them on the sixth of January. No response from company, no email updates about order status. I have logged in every day to check status, finally ten days after placing my order it has shipped. Will you 100% never purchase from this company again

I ordered a two piece thermal set 3weeks before Christmas. I received two days after. It wasn't a big deal, because the item was for myself. However, I ordered an XXL and received a L. I emailed customer support (no phone number for customer service or the company at all) and they took 3 days to respond and another 2 days to agree to send me the correct size. I waited another 2weeks and got the replacement yesterday. Surprise! They shipped a size L again, not the XXL ordered. At this point, I am debating just writing it off as a loss and learning experience. I will NEVER order from this company again and don't recommend it to anyone else to do so. What a waste of my time and money!

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever! I wish I could have given them a NEGATIVE star rating. I purchased a watch from them. When it came, it was cheap looking and a piece of junk. It broke the first time I wore it. I have sent 2 emails to them will the order # and everything they want included in the email. Their website says that they will respond within 24 hours... yeah right... it's been weeks. I will NEVER order from this company again. BUYER BEWARE!

I ordered 2 sets of masks for snowmobiling on November 25th. Still have not received them and there have been no responses to my emails (with my order number). Rip-off! I NEVER write a review because I know some people can be hard to please so I have a tendency not to believe reviews. HOWEVER... this place is a joke!

I ordered a package due to me by Christmas and upon the date of the order, within minutes of the order I recognized the package mailing address was wrong. I attempted to reach out to MobStub that day and they told me I would have to wait until the package was actually SHIPPED at which time I was instructed to call USPS to give them the correct address. I did that and USPS basically laughed at me. I reached out again, needless to say I didn't get by Christmas nor yet. The latest advice from mobstub was to go to the address that my package was delivered to and ask for my package. MOBSTUB had now stopped even responding to my emails and refuses to refund my money or replace my package. I am taking this further and will never ever order again from MobStub.

ZERO stars... I ordered a necklace on 12/13, still have not received. USPS no longer has tracking info available. I emailed Mobstub yesterday and was told to sit tight... no solution of apology offered. Never again!

I ordered a necklace for my mother from this company and it was horrible! Not only was the delivery late but the necklace so badly tarnished that it look to be several years old, it also looked extremely cheap. The chain was definitely not original to the necklace.

I ordered two necklaces on the 18th and they here on the 24th. It was shipped on the 19th. Thank you Mobstub. The necklaces were nice too. My granddaughters loved them.

I love this company!. I ordered two grandmother bracelets, prompt delivery. I ordered through Amazon, and order was cancelled due to unavailability, still waiting for refund!. Thumbs down to Amazon :(

This is the least customer-oriented business I ever bought from. Fooled me once, but I will never buy from them again. I ordered one thing and received a different thing. Then they told me that I got what I ordered. Don't be a fool. Stay away from this company.

I give it 0 stars. Its been a month and a half and still no bracelet. Its for my granddaughter as she lost her mom recently. It was the mother daughter one. I have emailed them with no response. Will be contacting my credit card company. This company is a rip off. Now I have to go buy another Christmas gift when I was all done. Don't buy from this site!

I had links for free shipping w/ purchase +$49 and +$69, no coupon code needed. Though my order was over the minimum the shipping charge applied. I wrote to Support. Esther responded there is no free shipping. Esther insisted I show her the offer so I sent 3. Esther says they are all expired, which is a lie. 2 were undated, 1 had an expiration date of 12/31/14, therefore, all 3 should be valid. Bait & switch is illegal. If this is the way Mobstub does business then they are not to be trusted.

I guess I'm not the only one! It's theft! I bought 7 Bluetooth shower speakers, one for each of my nieces for xmas, I bought it November 6th and December 12th Nothing! Of course no real way of getting a hold of them, I finally get a Tracking number and see it never left the NY post office, I call them and they say " we got a shipping label but no product to send, you need to call the company cuz they never gave a product to go with the bulk shipping label" wow! Awful! And they do not let negative stuff posted on their Facebook so u think they are all good! I'm calling my credit card company and filing fraud

This should be a O star. This is the worse company ever. I have not recieved a braclet that I ordered. There is no customer service phone number. I sent and email and it sends back a generic email saying to check with my neighbors. I still can't get any customer service. This company is a rip off!
