Ibhad a small issue with something I got from MobStub. I contacted them. They answered back in a reasonable time. And I gave them my complaint. The reviewed it and with no questions asked is sending me a new one. Awesome customer service and I will definitely be a returning customer!..

Amazing Customer Service

I have bought a handful of items from MobStub and have never had an issue, and always quick delivery as well. I bought two items this last time and recieved two of one item instead of two different items. Customer Service was VERY quick (within minutes) to respond and after sending a picture to verify what I got they are sending me a replacement at no charge. I will be looking to get my next item VERY soon because they are great to deal with, especially Ilana. Thank you!

Power Adapter with 6 Ports

I had a very good experience with MobStub relative to the purchase of a Power Adapter with 6 Ports.
The first unit arrived quickly -- but would not work (did not charge the units).
I emailed MobStub and they immediately, without question, sent me another unit --- which is working fine!

MobStub is ridiculous! I originally was ordering a charger for my iphone and by accident I ordered a USB cable. Literally, the second I received the package and realized it was the wrong one I wrote to customer service. Their policy is no exchange or return (which was not written anywhere on the website or order form). I was so upset because I really wanted that charger but for the fact they don't exchange or return anything I refuse to ever order something from them again.

Sizes run small

Ordered a pair of smoking slippers in size 9, half size bigger than my usual size. Slippers fit one and half size smaller. They should state "Sizes run smaller than normal". They have a no return policy. When I wrote email they never got back to me. Be aware when ordering from MOBSTUB. Be sure you want to keep it.

I ordered the "I love you more" necklace for my granddaughter for Christmas! It arrived within just a few days and was much prettier than I thought it would be! The chain was beautiful! The price was unbelievable and the quality was outstanding! I would definitely order from them again.

I recently submitted a positive review about Mobstub and now have to reiterate it. I placed another order through mobstub and actually received one item - a 6 USB port adapter that was faulty. Because of all the bad reviews I thought "oh oh." I emailed mobstub and was happily surprised to receive a prompt reply AND a free replacement of my defective item. I HAVE ordered multiple times now from Mobstub and will continue to order from them. No way could I have gotten the products I have for the price I paid. Am actually using one of their braided 10' iPhone cords (2 for $10) right now and it works brilliantly. Love this site!

AVOID MOBSTUB!

Do not order from this company EVER! I ordered from a Facebook ad... six Murano glass and Swarovski beaded bracelets which were meant to be gifts. Paid immediately including outrageous shipping cost. Three bracelets arrived. No way to contact MobStub except via email. They of course have not responded to my two emails. I activated the Norton Consumer Protection account and lodged a complaint. I would be satisfied to get money back for the three missing bracelets and shipping; not holding my breath, though!

They took my money

I had many emails go back and forth from them explaining that i did not get my full order. They told me i had to deal with my post office. My post office said they could not help me because they did not receive the item. Mobstub would not issue me a refund or send the rest of the order that i paid for in full.

Yet another day goes by and no response from mobstub! Have 2 problems still. Watch received no ft working and earrings not received. They certainly take the funds quick enough. Beware of this fraudulent practice. They are very good at ignoring. Shoud have read the other hundred negative reviews first!

I ordered a pink bluetooth headset. It didn't work, there was no contact information enclosed. I found their phone number on my bank account. I called it and was told to send an email. I sent it after I returned the headset using the enclosed sticker. I waited three weeks, no response. I sent another email I received a very rude email response, saying that I didn't follow return policy. What return policy? There was no policy inside of the package I received with the headset, just a return sticker, which I used. They are horrible and I will never ordered anything else from them. I hope that the $22 plus A S&@H PLUS taxes is worth a bad review.

Horrible

I recently ordered 2 rings. The I love you more and I love you most. When they first arrived they were great! We had so many compliments from several different people. Within 2 weeks, the rings started to tarnish and turn our fingers green. It was horrible and embarrassing.
I then was looking online again and I noticed a cute bracelet. I added this to my shopping cart so I could really get a good look at it a little later. They immediately decided to place this order and billed my debit card. I didn't order the bracelet. I simply added it to my shopping cart. I never hit anything about processing this order. I immediately contacted customer service and was told... sorry about this your order has been processed and will be shipped. I told them I never gave any permission to bill me. They said we apologize for the mix up and that was it.

DONT EVER EVER ORDER ANY JEWELRY FROM THIS COMPANY. IT WILL TARNISH AND TURN YOUR SKIN GREEN. DONT ADD ANYTHING TO YOUR CART, IF YOU PLAN ON LOOKING AT IT ANOTHER TIME. THEY WILL PROCESS YOUR ORDER AND BILL YOU AND THERE ID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING THEY WILL DO ABOUT IT.

Super easy exchange!

I purchased two sets of bluetooth head sets... One of them was defective... ALREADY frustrated because I didn't notice that there was a "no return" policy until afterI'd received confirmation of my order... I was prepared for a "fight"

After reading a couple of BAD reviews... ie..."can't contact anyone... no contact number... email does not work"... I got even more frustrated... especially when my first attempts to send an email bounced back...

Within MINUTES Sachie with mobstubs... replied to my email notifying me that my replacement headset was on its way to me!

Sachie made resolving this issue absolutely PAINLESS! I WILL definitely order again from mobstubs!

I don't what exactly what role in customer service Sachie plays but she's absolutely wonderful!

I hope all of their customer service reps are as helpful as she is!

Horrible

I ordered matching necklaces for my husband and myself for Valentine's day... My necklace was supposedly shipped... but I never got it, the men's necklace arrived and it was on a tiny dainty chain meant for a woman, and the pendant itself altho advertised as a Dog Tag was hardly larger than my thumbnail. This is not a men's item at all.

They told me the chain was "as advertised" whatever that's supposed to mean. There was no picture of the chain in the advertisement of the item. But when one sees an ad for a men's necklace, they don't expect it to come on a whispy little chain. Additionally, I wouldn't have purchased this item if I has seen it in a store for the price. It is worth perhaps 1/2 of the $15 I paid.

Customer Service responded relatively quickly... with pat, standard answers that rarely addressed the issue, and then marked them as "closed" so you'd have to reopen the case each time you responded. Really tedious.

The issue with the women's necklace has still not been resolved... and obviously my Valentines gifts were a bust. I never got MY necklace and they keep just sending me the tracking number and saying it has been delivered... and they ignore the message when I respond that I never got it.

Does anyone think this looks like a men's chain?

I purchased 4 items from this company, the items were shipped quick. However, one necklace arrived broke and another necklace broke the first time the individual wore it... WTF! Also i bought a gold-tone Men's Chronograph Lexington watch and guess what... I RECEIVED A WOMEN'S STAINLESS STEEL WATCH! REALLY, then what's f**ked up is that these b**ches do not operate with a 800 or 888 customer number. If you submit your information to customer service and click submit, it will not send from your phone. I had to screenshoot what i posted & emailed them. I am going to my bank so that they do not try to charge items i did not order because seems like these people are scam artist and they will do anything for a dollar. We as individuals who have been caught up with this company need to continue to post negative reports anywhere and however we can. I saw this jacked up site on facebook and thought they were legit...

Worthless company

Been waiting weeks for my order, then recieve a e-mail telling me it was delivered from new york to cali. And i live in west virginia. Sent emails over and over with no more replys back. I suggest everyone contact the BBB to file complaints on this company. Facebook should block them from selling anything on there site.

This is my first time ordering from this site. Found them on Facebook, love their prices and thought that I would give it a try. I place my order on February 6 2015, I have not received an email or a phone call stating that my order has been shipped. I contacted customer service by email because there is no phone number two days later after placing my order and I still have not received my package nor a reply to my email. Not sure when I will receive my order, but if I do not hear from them soon, I will contact my bank and file fraud charges. Not sure how this company is still running with no phone number but only in email to contact customer service and we are giving out our credit card and bank information to a company that can't even reply to a simple email. I am highly pissed
