Customer service sucks so far... need to have the patience of a saint! Ordered 2 sets of sheets and received 2 comforters instead... customer service says is resolved but I have no idea how. They just keep asking for pictures of the incorrect items... give me strength!

I have purchased several items from MobStub, but had a USPS delivery problem with my most recent order. My order was listed, by the Postal Service, as having been delivered, but I never received it. After checking with my neighbors, to see if it was mistakenly delivered to them, and having no luck... I contacted the Post Office. They, of course, told me that the order was properly delivered to my address, since that is what their 'system' indicated to them. I ran out of options and contacted MobStub's Customer Service department to see if there was any recourse for non-delivery. Sachie, the representative who responded to my email, immediately filed an investigative notice with the US Postal Service. Within days, my package was delivered to my address! The Post Office had it sitting in their warehouse, even though the paperwork was processed as 'Delivered'. Sachie took on the US Post Office and won in favor of her customer... me! Thank you Sachie!

I received a final sale set of sheets. The top sheet had a fabric tear in it and the hemmed edge was on the side of the sheet instead of the top. It was not just a close-out item, it was defective. I contacted MobStub and they requested I send them some photos of the problem and they promptly replaced my item. They were also very nice about the whole thing. I was actually surprised since this was a "no return" purchase. I am beyond pleased with how well they were to deal with and the final result.

I've placed two orders since finding out about the company. Loved both items that I ordered for my wife as did she! There was a small problem with one item, I wrote the company. Someone got back to me the next day & the issue was solved right away! Needless to say that I'm very pleased with the outcome! My wife & I will be regular customers & are telling others to check out their website..

I ordered 1000 count Egyptian Cotton sheets for $50.00 which would have been a great deal if it was the actual product. The sheets are probably 300 count and won't fit anything over an 10 inch mattress. (the site stated they would fit up to a 15 inch mattress) I'm assuming they just took cheap sheets and repackaged them. The company won't refund my money stating this was a "final sale". I contacted them and received a one line response stating I was out of luck. Their website portal for customer complaints doesn't even work and they make it nearly impossible to contact the company.

Update: I contacted the BBB of California and they contacted the company. The company still did nothing about the order and is oblivious to public opinion or their reputation in the business community. The folks from the BBB were very nice and tried several times to work with the company.

Update: I just received a full refund without any notice from Mobstub and confirmation from the BBB. (7 months since the purchase) I'd like to thank the BBB for wonderful service in pursuing this matter, unfortunately I can't say the same for Mobstub.

This website has SO many good deals everyday. It's perfect to order gifts from. I Ordered a ring from mobstub and they sent me the wrong size. All I had to do was email customer service & send a picture of the ring & they took care of this problem immediately. Just emailed them this Tuesday & they've already got another one in the mail headed my way. I love mob stub it's my fave place to shop! I feel bad for anyone that doesn't know about this site lol they're totally missing out. It's way better than Amazon in my opinion
