I saw this ring in the computer it was beautiful, but when I recieved it was more than I expected. I Loved It very much I think it is one of the prettiest Rings I owen. I really love the looks of my ring. I would Tell everyone to buy from MobStub They have beautiful items and at good prices. I was very happy with my ring and I know others would be happy too. My Ring is so beautiful. It looks like I bought at high end jewlry store. I am very happy with my ring and I am going to buy another Ring. The quilty is wonderful.

I ordered the 3d mascara and never received an order or shipping confirmation the order was placed 6/3 and 2weeks later still never received it. I have been looking under my account and theres no record of the order. I have sent numerous emails with all of my info, i unfortunately do not have an order# since i never got the confirmation but gave my name address phone number email, the only response I get back is sorry we do not have an order on file please send us more info. They are awful and now i know why they do not have a phone number listed.
I was trying to place an order with Mobstub, and I could not get the order to process due technical problems due to weather conditions. I reported the situation to MobStub Customer Services and within a short time, a representative contacted me with solution. I received the ordered products and was very pleased with quality, pricing, and delivery. I will continue shopping at MobStub because of treatment, quality of merchandise, and customer service. I ordered a cpl of selfie sticks twice the second order one of them did not work once I contacted them they immediately sent me a replacement actually they sent me the 2 pack even though only one was defected
I received my orders from MobStub in a timely fashion. One of my orders arrived broken, which seemed to have happened during shipping. I contacted MobStub, and they responded with a very satisfying solution. I would recommend MobStub to friends and family.
First time I've ordered from them and the last. I work from home so online shopping is all I do.
I ordered an item from them not realizing they had a 7 business day shipping policy. But after finding that out I waited until enough time had passed and asked where my shipment was. They first spouted their 7 day waiting period. I said we are past that time frame and they said they would have to email shipment and to wait another 3 days to hear from them.
I asked for a refund instead. That they gave me without problem which I am thankful for. Definitely not a way to get a new customer!
I ordered an 18K Sterling Silver Ring from mobstub and within a day of wearing the item, a couple of the tiny cz stones had fallen out under minimal wearing/stress. I reported the incident to mobstub and sent pictures into the company for review. Upon receiving them, they apologized for the issue and issued me a NEW RING/replacement. I was so thankful!

I purchased a beautiful bathing suit but they send me the wrong size by mistake, once contacted they sent me a replacement with the correct size.

I ordered Gold Heart Necklace for a Mother's Day gift and it had some flaws on it. I contacted customer service and it was promptly replaced by your rep Esther. It was very pretty and the price quite reasonable. My Mom loved it.
I ordered 2 sets of a 6-pc sheet set. I received 2 comforters instead. I offered to send them back because I don't want or need them. The customer service rep, Ilana (who is very nice by the way and is really trying to help me), told me that the company didn't want the comforters back... I may donate them to some charity. However, I still want the 2 sets of 6-pc sheet set that I ordered. I don't know when I will get them but this has been ongoing for over a month now and I still don't have them. I wish everyone to have a better experience than I have been having... by the way, I was told that I would be getting these 2 sets... and if I do I will certainly rescind this review. After all, mistakes do happern, it's just that it's taking way to long to get what I ordered. Their sales are wonderful andn I have ordered other things and got them quickly. This is just one of the glitches in a shipping department and hope they can get my order to me soon. I want to add the customer service rep was a very nice person and is trying to help me.
I recently bought a ring and in about a week after I got it some of the stones fell out, one email and a picture and I got a replacement ring! Thank You so much for acting so quickly to solve my problem, I'd recommend you company to all my friends.

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
