Pleasantly surprised

I ordered a necklace from Mobstub and it arrived without a clasp or the drop down section. I wrote to Mobstun and included a picture of the broken necklace and asked if I should return it. Mobstub responded within a day and informed me that they would send a replacement necklace!

Placed three orders with this company because they had some unique items that I had not seen any place else. Ten foot long Android charging cords that would work well in places like airports, if they worked. The first order for 10' cords came and were inoperative with 3 weeks. Ordered another set, same thing. Then I ordered LED lighted charger cords and only one worked as advertised. I'm done with these guys.

I ordered several products from them on 7/23/15. I received my products one week later the quality is inferior and an absolute JOKE. They have no customer service number and have 227 complaints filed with the BBB. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY then I would not order anything from them. The pictures that they display make the items look so nice and you think you are getting a bargin well in all actuallity you are getten taken. They advertise on FACEBOOK AND OTHER SITES. Their return policy sucks so you are stuck with inferior products and out of your hard earned dollars.

I ordered the around the neck headphones. Nothing like the picture. The selfistick with remote was ok. The Dr. Dte buds were a knock off. ALL OF THE PRODUCTS ARE SUBSTANDARD AND CHEAP MADE IN CHINA ITEMS. JUST LIKE ALL THE FAKE DESIGNER BAGS THE PRODUCE.

AS MOMMA ALWAYS SAYS ANYTHING THAT LOOKS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE USUALLY IS NOT TRUE.

Its your future your choice.

So, I complained about the terrible odor to the child's back pack I recently purchased. They offered to send me a replacement. Good idea right? Not. When it arrived the same musty odor was present so much so that you could smell it without even opening it. I filed it under G for garbage. And, never to order from this company again.

Lousy Policy

Please read their return policy before ordering any stuff from their website. They are not returnable. Even NewEgg.com who sell products from different vendors have a return policy, from whom I had ordered a product of over 200 bucks and they gladly exchanged it for me or gave me an option for a refund.
These Mobstub.com people it's a NO... i would never order anything from them again. I suggest order directly from Vendors who carry the products, even if you have to pay a little extra, at least they back their products.

Be careful!

My mother and I each bought a pair of earrings on Mobstub, only for them to arrive on separate days. The post that goes in the ear hole is TWICE the thickness of a regular earring; they HURT upon putting them on and are actually stretching out the holes in our ears! We emailed Mobstub requesting a refund and were told since they are "final sale" that no refunds are granted. We would be more understanding of this policy if the earrings were even wearable! Upon researching a bit, we realized NOBODY is happy with ANYTHING from Mobstub! We will never do business with mobstub again and wish we had checked reviews before buying. HORRIBLE!

Ordered 2 sets of sheets, the thread count was indeed what they claimed, and there were indeed 4 pillowcases per set, but not a single pillow case hem was stitched around more than half way, some of them not even that far. I'm afraid that by the time I wash the sheets more than a few times they will probably fall apart too, but time will tell.
Wish I would have looked at reviews before I ordered.

My first time order on MobStub will be my last. Not only was the advertised product color ( flip flops) very misleading, they don't even match! I payed nearly $20 for something that should have just been thrown away.

I ordered 4 pair of their "genuine" stone earrings. 1 pair in blue topaz... 1 stone was blue topaz, the other clear. A pair of purple amethyst. They were very pale lavender. One pair London blue topaz, they were both different shades of light blue topaz. Last pair were green amethyst... they were clear stones, no green whatsoever.
I wrote them an email, since they gave no phone # to contact them with.
I received a letter asking me to take pictures and send it to them. I did, again they sent me earrings that were not even close to what they advertised!
I have written them 3 more times & now they are just ignoring me. I will file a complaint with the better business bureau & file a claim through small claims. It is NOT about the money, but, the poor excuse for what they call customer service.
Please... DO NOT ORDER from this place... they do not stand behind what they sell. It is cheap, wrong colors and sadly, they do not care. I will never purchase anything from these crooks again!

I purchased a '1000 thread count, egyptian cotton' king sheet set. I put them on my bed, within a week it was pilling. I have enjoyed many 100% egyptian cotton sheets... not sure what these sheets are made of yet it is not what they advertised. Sewn with elastic band on entire mattress sheet, excess material has you sleeping on wrinkles and the lovely pilling it creates. Second item was a comforter, looking brilliantly fluffy in the picture, and quite flat upon arrival (even with a dryer fluff).

Sheets that pill within a week are unacceptable quality, for $50 ($35 for the comforter). What dismayed me further is this company does not stand behind their products, and was told there was absolutely NO RETURN - credit or otherwise.

I will never use, nor recommend a company that does not have my back. Lesson learned, hopefully I can help you learn yours a bit more cost effectively.

UPDATE: After posting here and PissedConsumer, I finally got the company's attention by going to the BBB in NY. After three orders with this company, they requested I send photos of the damaged product. Wow - not only feeling ripped off yet integrity insulted. RUN

UPDATE: Company has never responded to BBB, case closed. Another attempt to find a resolution with the company also failed. Inferior products, horrid return policy.

Incredibly, without notice, I received an email today, 21 October 2015 with a refund for the sheets and comforter. Thanks Mobstub, please be kinder to others.

Ordered ring. Supposed to be 18 k white gold over brass, Immediately turned green. Had to contact 3 times to get response then get someone named Ilana that state no refunds. I then said replace and she states sorry no exchanges and in a condescending and unprofessional way says CHEERS!~! Item was not that expensive, not about money, but about integrity of company! So sorry I ever heard of this company and I will blast every review site that I have to!

I received an order that was not what I thought I was ordering and at one point they agreed and sent me another pair that still were not what I ordered. After 2 weeks of daily emails and no number to contact them and they reused to call me they said keep what you have and refused to ship the flops I wanted. So now I have 3 pairs 1 I had previously ordered and 2 I don't need or want!

Blocking them and would recommend not wasting your time!

My customer explained that a major product gel cushion foot wraps, which I purchase and ship on a continuous basis arrived without the gel cushioning. Once, I had my customer upload, clear, pictures of everything that arrive, along with a clear copy of the receipt or invoice, Mobstub was there to immediately help rectify the situation and ship out another set to my customers... I am thankful and do Bless this service and business.

I was so distressed when I realized that my order was being sent to the wrong address. I was really looking forward to wearing my Dawgs. I have purchased many items and I have received everything in great condition. I know I'm not buying high end items so I'm not disappointed by what I get. That said, I've purchase a lot of the jewelry and purses etc. it fits my budget, my expectations and if I give my granddaughter something I'm not worried about her losing it or breaking it (she's young). I have had excellent customer service when I've had a question about an item I've purchased and they help until the issue is taken care of. I recommend MobStub to everyone like me that loves to just purchase fun items. Give it a try.
