I have ordered from here a few times and have never had a problem. This past order had a code to get 25% off my order. When I went to use it, it wouldn't take. I notified Mobstub via email and within 1 day a refund for the 25% was credit to my checking account. Any other place it would have taken at least a week to 10 days for the refund. Mobstub is a good place to do business with, their products are top notch and if their is an issue, it is taken care of immediately.

I ordered what was supposed to be a Hotel quality King size comforter for the great price of $35. It arrived within a few days, but was clearly marked Queen on the package. I contacted the company and was told to send photos, which I did, and they would send me a shipping label to send it back and send the correct one. Today I received a comforter. Again is marked on the package Queen. I am asking for my money back. Oh, and I still have not received the return shipping label for the first one.

I expected a cheap ring to tarnish and maybe turn my finger green, but the ring I ordered fell apart within 3 months! I was standing at my desk and it literally BROKE IN HALF while doing NOTHING! I wore it on my left hand (I'm right-handed), so it was never stressed in any way. When I contacted the company, they said defective merchandise has to be returned within 15 days. It wasn't defective that I know of -- just CHEAP! I've had GUMBALL MACHINE RINGS from the 1960's that lasted longer than this; and they cost a penny!

I sure hope the other things I ordered hold up better than this...

DON'T BUY the I love you more/most Hand-stamped 2 pc ring set for $18!

I have ordered several items from Mobstub since becoming a member several months ago. I recently ordered a item that required a size. I ordered my size and submitted the order and payment. I received the order within the timeframe I was promised but found the wrong size had been shipped. I wrote customer service that evening and had response when I checked the next day. I sent a picture of the item and tag showing the size as requested. Almost immediately I received a very nice apology letter and was assured the right size was being shipped and should be received in 3-7 working days. This is the quickest and most professional online response ever... I would highly recommend Mobstub and be assumed they care about their customers and respond quickly. I will definitely be back to shop with this awesome company! Thank you Esther for you superior customer service!

I ENCOURAGE YOU NOT TO BUY FROM THEM! The bracelts I got as Christmas gifts I would not even give to my kids, they are POOR quality and horribly packaged, BE CAREFUL NO REFUNDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE.

I have ordered several things from "MobStub" and am very pleased with every item I ordered! Check it out! I don't think you will be disappointed! :)

I was on the site placing an order, when up came a pop up offering 15%discount if I keep shopping. So I ordered a small item additional. The site split my order into two orders, the 15%came off the small item and not the larger ones. I was charged shipping for two orders, not one. And, today... I get yet an additional duplicate order-that I had not placed. Trying to communicate with Customer Relations takes days to get a response, never the same person twice, and only by email. They do not seem to read the complaint issue as they respond with off the wall answers. The quality of the items is fine. The process seems to be problem.

Note that Mobstub does NOT have a customer service phone number and their online 'help' responses appears to be computer-generated. Example: I ordered item A, quantity of 3. I was shipped item B, quantity of 3. I sent an email explaining this and gave item numbers of both items, the incorrect one, B, and the one I was supposed to receive, A. The response I got was "We have confirmed that you ordered..." item A.

Guess I will have to call credit card company next.

I bought a set of 1,000 ct Egyptian sheets For $49.99. Out of the pkg they felt like sandpaper. So wasted them twice. Still rough but put them on my bed anyway. After 2 weeks of sleeping on them they had significant pilling. Contacted customer service and they said sorry final sale but offered to replace. This is so unacceptable. First is all I never saw anything that said final sale or I would not have ordered them. Secondly why would I want another pair of these awful sheets. Apparently they use final sale as a way of unloading inferior products. Also their advertising these were 1,000 thread count Egyptian cotton was absolutely fraudulent advertising. I can find better quality sheets at Wal Mart and have the right to return them if they are unacceptable. I would give 0 stars if I could. Removed them from my email and will never order from them again. I just lost $49.99 and still have to buy sheets.

They were wonderful. I had ordered the King Size Sheet Set and when putting the fitted sheet on our bed, found a seam on the sheet torn. I wrote MobStub about the defect, sent them a picture and they replied almost immediately. They apologized for the problem and assured me that they would replace the bottom sheet, without any difficulty. Yesterday I received, not only a bottom sheet that I was expecting but another complete set in the color I had originally ordered, with again, another apology. I was totally surprised and really overwhelmed at their immediate service and, in the replacement of an additional set of sheets. They absolutely rate 5 Stars in my experience of their Customer Service and I definitely will have no quarms whatsoever in ordering anything from them in the future.
