Ordered an 18" necklace and received a 24" one... contacted customer service and they are sending me a replacement within the next week.

My order arrived in 2 parts so I emailed after the 1st part arrived. Mobstub responded quickly only to have the 2nd part arrive the next day! I let them know I had received everything! Then 2 days later I received another package for my order. I quickly let them know & requested how to return the items. They said I was to keep them! Imagine that! Really fast response to questions & unbelievable service! Thanks Mobstub!

I have ordered several items of jewelry from this compny. I had to let them know about some pieces that were defective. I dealt with Lilly, & she handled everything. Great service..

Does anyone know what AVS Rejected means when checking out this pops up in red. So I can't place a order. Plus there's no phone number to call and says no refunds or exchanges so I'm a little Leary about ordering

I purchase merchandise regularly from Mobstub and recently I had a problem with a item I purchased. Contacted customer service and within 24 hours I received a reply and problem solved. They were efficient and courteous. Normally you don't get replys when dealing with on line merchandise. That is not the case with Mobstub.

The computer wouldn't take the online coupon discount after I placed order. I contacted customer service by email they replied very quickly and refunded the 30 percent discount to my account

My experience with ordering from MobStub was wonderful. The web site is easy to navigate and the check out procedure quick and easy. I received my products very quickly and when I received them one was not working correctly. I contacted customer service and they sent a replacement out right away. It is the best experience I have had ordering on line. I will definitely be a loyal customer.

I ordered and paid for earrings for a special occasion. I never got them, and the occasion has passed. I couldn't reach customer service, but I found another contact for customer service. It said I could contact them if I paid $5.00. Why should I pay $5.00 to contact someone when I was not given what I paid for?

I was about to complete an order I tried to use a coupon that was sent by email the coupon was invalid and the order was completed but not by me and there's no way to contact them

I ordered headphones. Ugh! Cheap, and. I was shocked they didn't send me anything to charge them with. I am never, ever going to order from them again!

I've ordered about 10 items this year since I've found MobStub and I have been completely pleased with every item. All were well packaged, came quickly in the mail and have been as described. If I weren't on such a tight budget I would most likely order a lot more items for myself but I plan on doing most of my holiday shopping on MobStub! What a great way to stretch my holiday budget!

I ordered a bracelet that arrived damaged. One email to customer service with a picture of the damage and a replacement was promptly sent. I appreciate the personal and efficient response. Plus I love the bracelet and it will make a beautiful gift as intended.
