I ordered a pair of cuff links that arrived looking great. When I got them out for Christmas wrapping, I discovered one cuff link had broken. After submitting a photo of the broken cuff link, they were quickly replaced, no problems, in a very quick turn around time. A great experience working with Lilly in customer service.
I received my items quickly, but one was not working properly. I messsaged the company and they promptly sent me a replacement. I would recommend this company.
I ordered gifts for co-workers on 12/1, hoping it would arrive by 12/18. Took them 7 days to ship the item (after I emailed customer service). Got stuck at the Brooklyn post office for another 8 days. Now the items won't arrive until 19th. Overcharged for shipping. Charge $17. For 1/2 pound shipment. Shipped first class. Package probably cost them $3-4 to ship. Buyer beware.
Ordered several fun gifts for the holiday. I ordered 3 pairs of gloves and received 6 pairs in the mail. I contacted MobStub to report the mistake. To my surprise they told me to keep the extras! A smart, customer focused company with many attractive products... Thanks MobStub.
I placed an order an hour ago and have tried reaching customer service to no avail. I need to cancel the order - please advise. My review may change if someone would respond.

I should have learned not to order from these people because the last experience I had. Ordered headphones the first time for my sons. I ordered them and never got them so we contacted them and they said oh I thought they were shipped, they will be in the mail tomorrow.
This time I placed a few different orders and after placing one I wanted to cancel it because I changed my mind but they said it was already in shipping but I just placed it and it took about 2 1/2 weeks to get it. Another order I checked the shipping in it because it didn't come when it said and the tracking update said it was in deliverable at the address so I contacted the post office and they said that they added an extra number to my address so it was being shipped back but yet the other items had the correct address then a package was brought to my house and the mail man wouldn't give it to me until we paid shipping that was due because they didn't put enough shipping on it. So I paid it and then contacted mobstub and they said I can't be refunded without a receipt even after I sent them a picture of the package with the extra postage info on it. I'm not going to drive all the way to the post office which isn't near me to get a receipt! Horrible business? Not helpful, shipping sucks and will never do business with them again. Buyer beware. Might be a great deal but it is a hassle!
I purchased a necklace, it was a gift for my mom for Christmas. They sent me the WRONG necklace. I contacted support, 5 or 6 times, and they just ignored me. Never coming back again. I knew my mom really wanted that necklace and now she is not getting it, sadly.
I have ordered several items & they gave always been exactly as described for a really great price & super quick shippin. When I contacted customer service with a question they were speedy in their response & completely helpful!

I had the pleasure recently to be helped with a question I had about an order from Mobstub by Ilana. She is fantastic! She answered my question promptly and professionally, followed up with me and was pleasant and charming. She added to the great experience, to be sure. Not only did I receive a great product at a great price, I was helped by this charming woman. If her boss reads this, give her a raise!
Lilly worked with me in resolving a problem I had in receiving the wrong item. I wasn't going to try to ask for help with this problem but when I asked a question Lilly was quick to respond and has resolved the problem I had. Thank you so much.

I have purchased many items from MobStub and been very please with the quality of everything I have ordered. I have only had a couple of minor problems and the customer service has been very good. I would highly recommend this company to any one.
I have ordered from MobStub for awhile now. I always receive my items quickly and they are always great products. Of all my orders, I've only had one that came to me with a piece missing. I emailed them and they replaced it immediately!
I will continue buying products from MobStub!
I recently ordered the luxurious looking down comforter that Mobstub had advertised. It was beautiful and plus and fluffy. What I received was a flat cheap looking comforter that has absolutely no filling whatsoever.

I ordered the Luxury Home Egyptian softness 1600 series sheets. I love them. They are so soft, comfortable, fit well and made well! You can't find queen size sheets with 4 pillow cases anywhere for $29. GREAT DEAL!
Buyer Be Aware! I have ordered other items from this company & the item was delivered & was the quality expected. This time their website had a blip in it & the item they sent my confirmation for is not the item ordered! They claim they cannot stop the shipment even though it is clearly a problem on their end. I have not received an email stating the item has shipped & I sent my advise as soon as I received the confirmation from them for the wrong item! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
