I ordered earrings from MOBSTOB. There was a small problem with the order that was fixed immediately. I will not hesitate to order from them in the future.
So many companies say they aim to please but their "aim" is off when it counts. This company guarantees satisfaction and comes through. My order somehow got lost. I contacted the company and got an immediate reply. A replacement order was made and my package arrived the next day. Great customer service, in addition to great prices. MobStub is among the best
What are two hats from them. I receive one hat and one sheet set which I did not order. After numerous emails and phone calls, non of which resolve my issues, I finally received an email that said that she's on clearance and I could not have a refund?

I was so impressed with the prices. Everything I ordered came quickly. I did receive one wrong item, and the issue was resolved very quickly and with much respect. Definitely will order again
I failed to get a necklace I had ordered and when I contacted Mobstub they were very good at solving this problem. I had to produce some proof of what happened and after that they sent me a replacement necklace. I would recommend Mobstub to anybody who would ask me if they are a good company. I have ordered from them many times and can't say enough how pleased I am with their products. Thanks Mobstub.
Ordered 2 beanie hats with lights, looked like a good deal. They said I would have them in 3 to 7 days. Over a month and I still have not received them. Lilly emailed me after I sent a couple of emails and said that they had the wrong address ( which is bull). I sent her my address again and she said I would have them in 3 to 7 days (that was 4 days ago). Today I got 2 emails from Eric that said my package was delivered (each email had a quantity of 1), nothing has been delivered. I am going to seek legal action to get a refund (which I asked for 4 days ago). By the way, these were going to be Christmas gifts. Thanks Mobstub for $#*!ing that up too.
Will never do business with them again and will advise everyone to do the same.

I ordered two pair of light up stud earrings. One worked and one didnt. I emailed mobstub and they immediately wrote back with a personalized apology letter informing me they were sending a replacement, ASAP. I cannot say enough about such wonderful customer service in a world that either ignores issues or makes returns tedious. Thank you, Lily at Mobstub for making my Christmas!
I had made an order and was delivered per the pist office. I never received the earrings. I contacted Estee at customer service. They investigate and sent a replacement. Very good customer service.
I occasionally order things from MobStub that I see on facebook with mixed results. The communication and shipping is always spot on, however, the quality of the items is a bit spotty. I have ordered two different Bluetooth headsets that have been subpar as far as signal strength. Everything else I've ordered has been pretty decent. Prices are really superb so I'm not surprised that I occasionally get a dud item.
When I received my order an item was missing. I sent an email to Mobstub, and they immediately were in contact with me via email. They shipped out a replacement item the next day! It was a Christmas gift and arrived in plenty of time. Very Impressed with Mobstub!
I placed an order with items and they got 2 of them wrong. 1) a package of 6 pairs of socks, I received 3 and had to contact customer service, they sent 2 more pairs, 2)order boot cuffs in white and received black, contacted customer service with no response.
The products were ok, just a hassle dealing with the company.
I recently wrote a really negative review of a lighted watch cap I bought from MoStub. It did not light and there were no instructions about the lighting apparatus. I was bitterly disappointed and could not fnd any place to contact MoStub. Now I must apologize! I figured out how to turn on the light and it works! I am sorry to have been so irrational, but I am 94 and do not have much time to chase down those responsible when things go wrong. A simple set of instructions would have helped. I am sorry, though, for the bother!
After reading some mixed reviews about MobStub online, I was a little nervous about ordering but read they had a new customer service team in place so I decided to give them a try anyway and I'm glad I did. I ordered a number of small items which arrived in separate batches. One set of items was lost by the post office so I contacted MobStub and they followed up immediately and continued to work with me until the items arrived. I was very happy with the products and the customer service. Everything arrived quickly and as advertised. I would definitely order again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others. They exceeded my expectations!
I never received an order confirmation and my status said "preparing for shipment" every time I checked. I was getting nervous that MobStub may not be reputable and that I was being ripped off. I ordered bracelets as Christmas gifts and was thinking there was no way I'd have them by Christmas. I was disappointed.
I contacted ModStub via e-mail and got a response that they were looking into the matter. I did get the bracelets and in time for Christmas but, it was cutting it so very close.
The bracelets are of nice quality and I was pleased to receive my order.
I still feel like my experience with ModStub was sketchy and I doubt I'd order from them again.
I had the most exceptional customer service experience with MobStub!
I received the wrong item and they wrote to me and apologized the next day telling me that the correct item was on it's way.
Most retailers won't even get back to you and if so it's a week or so later. I have purchased many things from MobStub and the quality is exceptional and delivery fast!
Don't hesitate to buy from this Co. They're great and very professional!

I ordered a product on November 1 for my brother's birthday. It's Dec 18 and it hasn't been delivered even though my credit card was charged. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. There is no one to reach at this company by phone. They respond within 2-5 days by email (someone named Estee). They supposedly resent it to my brother but I think they put the wrong address on. They didn't send me tracking info right away. The package is stalled in Colorado somewhere. This is just completely pathetic customer service. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Plenty of others seem to have had similar experiences to mine. I'm calling my credit card company right now and having the charge reversed. REALLY REALLY DISGUSTED!
I have probably ordered 10 or 11 times since November. I am very happy with every item I got. Several are for Christmas, but I also ordered for birthdays in 2016. I had one item that took a little longer to arrive, but I got it.
I ordered earrings (2 pairs)... one pair was what I expected and they were beautiful! The second pair was a disappointment. I contacted the Mob Stub Customer service and after several emails back and forth, they replaced the earrings! I am very satisfied!
My order was lost in the mail. I contacted Mob Stub and they took action immediately. I received my order within a few days. In time for Christmas. I was really impressed. Thank you

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
