Satisfied New Customer!

Being a new customer, I wasn't sure how things worked. So when I missed an opportunity to have some percentage more off my 2nd order, I contacted Customer Service. A MobStub representative replied quickly and adjusted my statement.
I will purchase more items and certainly spread the word to friends!

Replacement

After finding I couldn't remove a screw from a new item's battery compartment, I got in touch with Customer Service, and a replacement is being sent. So far my experience with MobStub has been a good one.

I tried to order 1 (ONE) item; mobstub sent me six, and refused to refund my money for the unwanted five. They are not at all interested in customer satisfaction or in doing the "right thing" for their customers. I would avoid them completely. There are many other websites that offer similar merchandise, and care about their customers

I have dealt with mobstub for some time and have always been pleased with my orders. I recently ordered an item of jewelry but when it arrived it wasn't what I had ordered. Customer Service acknowledged my email within hours and despatched a replacement within days. I was very impressed with the way in which they dealt with my complaint and would thoroughly recommend them for their first class service, which was not only very efficient, but conducted in a very polite manner also.

Ordered a watch right before Christmas and I guess in the hubbub of the season, the order got lost along the way. I think it was more the post office than MobStub. But they were on it quickly, following up and even sending out a replacement as soon as the tracking couldn`t accurately pinpoint its location. I was really impressed and grateful - will definitely be back and pass along a good word to others. Thanks so much!

Great customer service

I recently purchased a few items a beautiful bracelet and Beats ear phones for my grandson. For some reason I watched three beads go down our bathroom sink they just fell out. Then a wire broke on the ear phones within 2 hours of use. I was not happy so I emailed customer service. They contacted me by the next day and within 2 weeks I had replacements for both products. I didn't have to hassle with returning either items ( just a photo to confirm the broken wire). Now that's customer service the way it should be! I'll continue to buy from Mobstub it was a pleasure doing business with them!

While I was a loyal customer to MobStub, they refused to give me a 15% discount for a very large order because I was outside of the original one hour offer (I got a visitor and was taken away from my computer). They took three days to reply to my e-mail (what about an hour folks?). Once I received the items, they were all cheap looking. I have had an occasional cheap looking item from MobStub that did not reflect the picture at all. Of course, I am pissed off that keeping my business was not worth 15%, but the returns for the cheap products was denied (four days after I sent the original e-mail). POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE & OCCASSIONALLY CHEAP PRODUCTS!

Excellent customer service!

As a first time buyer from MobStub, I have been impressed. They offer clever items like the the LED beanie (which works great & is comfortable to wear), the useful Handy EZ windshield wiper, and the fun LED cocktail glasses. But I'm mostly writing about the excellent customer service. When one of my cocktail glasses didn't work, MobStub promptly replaced it. This is what makes me support a company. Thanks MobStub!

Read the fine print

B, ought 2 wireless led lights. Picture in ad shows two lights, but i was charged double. Reason, was in fine print at bottom of ad. Was this misleading, i think so. I will not buy from them again

Good Customer Service

I had tried to order some items and got confused with the process... later learning that I had forgotten to click a particular button to complete the order and checkout. During this incident I exchanged several emails with customer service and they were extremely polite and patient with me. They also guided me with the correct responses I needed to make and by the end of our conversations the time had lapsed for that particular 'sale' item. The next day, I received an email for the items ~ with a discount ~ so I could reorder, with a discount... and finally got my order straight. It's nice to deal with Folks who are professional and knowledgeable and are so helpful for those of us who need it.

I purchased 2 solar chargers from MobStub. Neither worked and one had a broken clasp. I asked to return them with a refund and they have refused. Do not order from this company unless you read the fine print. They were final sale but junk. They were the quality of a dollar store item that I paid $19 each for. RIP OFF!

I ordered outdoor motion detector lights. The site listed the retail price of 39.00. Only stated Electronics LED Wireless Motion sensor light. The actual Name of the product was NOT listed. They charged me 14.00 per light and shipping of 2.95 per light. I foolishly ordered six. It turns out that they are "As seen on TV, Light Angel" which sell for 12.99 and at Amazon they are selling for 10.92 each with free shipping. As seen on TV sells them for 12.99 each, and I could have purchased 6 of them with a total of 9.95 for shipping. Customer service is stating that it was a close out and the items cannot be returned and that they did not list the brand. BE AWARE of this site's shady business practices!

Terrible experience!

I was asked by a friend to order something from their site because she kept getting an error message when she processed the transaction. She tried 5 times I tried twice. She ordered 1 of the items each time and I did 2 because I thought I might want one too. All 7 times we got the same "something went wrong" error message. So we gave up and ordered it from another company, only to wake up the next day to our bank accounts drained because the idiots at the company had processed every single transaction. So we both asked them to refund the money for all transactions since we already got what we wanted and it was cheaper and faster shippin (thank you amazon.com) but in both cases they still sent us each one of the item stating that it is not returnable and not refundable. How can you tell me there is an issue with my order, charge me multiple times then tell me I am screwed because your policy is what it is!? I would give them a 0 rating if I could. No phone number to call and have the issue resolved, and idiots on the other end of a computer refusing to help you. GREAT business model. I will NEVER use them again and I would not recommend anyone else does either!

Replacement

I ordered the initial rings and requested a silver P. When the order arrived there were two rings one a gold E and a silver K. I contacted Lily at MobStub and ask what I should do about returning the rings and getting the right one. Well lo and behold my answer was that they were sending me a replacement ring (it came and it is the silver P I originally ordered) and didn't ask for the two rings back. Well I had two new Christmas presents one for my Daughter Kerry and one for my Niece Erin. I am very satisfied with the prompt and polite answer to my problem. I will be ordering more from MobStub and retelling mygood experience with your business.
