Working with Mobstub has been a wonderful experience! I've placed quite a few items in my orders and receive them timely and as would be expected there have been some glitches, they always answer with the customer in mind and are quick to rectify the situation and always so pleasant! They have a lifelong customer with me! Congratulations on your great people skills and customer satisfaction!

I purchased two sets of "Glow in the Dark" pebbles to use in my garden. When they arrived, I was disappointed they were so small, more like something you'd use in a fish tank than in the yard; however, I blamed myself for thinking they would be larger (although the photos of the product made it appear they would be large enough to use in the garden). Then I put them in my windowsill to "charge" them with the sun. It was cloudy for several days, so when I saw no glow at night, I thought perhaps we hadn't had enough sun. Then we had a week of straight sunshine, very bright sunny days. No glow. Not even a little. So I contacted MobStub whose response was, This was a final sale, so we cannot offer a refund or credit for other purchases. I'm VERY disappointed and assuming this is not resolved, I will not buy from this company again. If the company agrees to give me a refund or credit, I am very happy to update this review. ***As promised, I'm updating this review. MobStub did ultimately issue a credit, so I can buy other products from their site. I won't be buying Glow in the Dark pebbles that don't glow, but hopefully I can find something else I'd like. Perhaps whoever manufactured these pebbles for MobStub didn't send the correct items that actually glow in the dark, so this may not be MobStub's error. I hope not.
A package was lost and once I contacted them they immediately investigated the issue and resent the item. I could not ask for more competent and helpful people. I will continue doing business with them.
I purchased 2 Bluetooth shower speakers for Christmas. Unfortunately, both were defective. One lasted 2 days, and the other worked for 1 week. Lilly, from Mob Stub, responded immediately, and shipped 2 new speakers to me, that day! I wasn't even required to return the original speakers. I highly recommend this company! Outstanding customer service! Thank you!
20 pack mens underwear, cheap thin material, XXL is about an L-XL size. No returns. Oh well got me once, won't happen again.

My order did not work when I received it. MoStubs replied immediately to my email and sent out a replacement which did work.

I have contacted customer service by email several times and have heard the same story---the link will be fixed by next week. I have filed a complaint with the FCC and encourage everyone with this problem to do as well.
I ordered 2 bracelets but when the package arrived it contained only one bracelet. I emailed customer service and they couldn't have been nicer. I was very impressed with this company's prompt response to my complaint. In the meantime the second bracelet arrived. I immediately notified the customer service representative. I decided to and did place another order. The jewelry is lovely and the prices quite reasonable. I highly recommend this company..
I purchased the rose gold monogram necklace for my sons girlfriend for Christmas. When the envelope arrived I thought it was empty. I was wrong, however the necklace is so small it disappeared in the envelope! The necklace looks like it's made for a toddler. Very sad I can't return! Bummed out about the baby-sized necklace!
I have sent numerous emails asking when the additional item I ordered and paid for would be shipped. NO REPLY! Is this how they do business? Only part of orders are shipped but you are charged for all items ordered? NO HAPPY!

Customer Service Representative's have a difficult job dealing with the public and the many personalites, hoping to make each experience exceptional. We know that is near impossible. However, Estee, deserves all the accolades possible. We communicated strictly by email and in a few, very short burst emails, Estee was able to provide clear concise explanations and satisfied my concerns. I purchased a mug that was damaged when it arrived. I contacted customer service and they immediately sent out a new one. They kept in contact with me and were available and accessible.
There was a mix up with my address, my fault. Mob stub worked with me to work out the problem very quickly and I receive my items at my new address. The quality of the items was everything I had hoped for too. Thank you so much.

I will recommend MobStub to any prospective purchaser who might have reservations about making an online purchase. My experience: you can trust MobStub. They are serious about the value of a customer! You will get a personal response and prompt resolution.
I have received great things from them, but not clothes. My recent purchase was the "beautiful long laced sleeve crochet blouse". First of all, I'm a size 12. I ordered 4 sizes up, just in case as mentioned, which was nice. However, it's still too small in the arms and in circumference. I noticed it was very wrinkled upon opening. I washed it on gently cycle in my washer in a garment bag... what I usually wash all of my delicates on. It came out torn in two places and the same creases were on them before I washed them. What? That's never happened in my washer and trust me, I'm particular on laundry! Very disappointed and will never buy clothes from them again. Come on MobStub! Your quality needs to be full circle, not just on some items you sell. Shame on you!

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
