I have been ordering from MobStub now for about 5 months and the last order I made never arrived. Not only did they continue to stay in contact with me but they reshipped a new order and I received it yesterday.

Nothing but Kudos for the prompt response I got when there was a minor problem with the item having a defect. They quickly responded and resolved the issue. Sent a replacement the very next day. Excellent!
I was charged 3 times for the same amount and the charge was not reversed.
Had a problem and they resolved it almost immediately. I was a bit leary about ordering but I got really nice sheets from them so I decided to order. Customer service was excellent.

I love my ring from Mob Stub, and have nothing but good experiences from everything I have purchased from them.
I didn't get exactly what I wanted and when ask for an exchange and I offered to pay all the shipping the answer I got was "No, sorry we don't do that."
My experience began a bit rocky, but Hannah and Lilly made it all come together. First I got email confirmation that my package was delivered and in fact it was not. That was cleared up and actually delivered when indicated on the Tracker per Hannah's response. When received, the ring was not true to size. I would suggest sizing up if you order, but Lilly was able to credit my account due to my sizing issue, and that allowed me to order the size up at no cost to me. Your customer service is amazing! Thank you
Ordered a comforter, shipping was very fart. When opening the comforter, found a slight blue spot on the corner. I contacted MobStub & they responded immediately. They were very nice about the whole conversation. They didn't have to respond to anything, cause the item was on sale. But, they took the high road & are replacing my comforter at no additional charge. I feel this is a very highly respected company. Would tell everyone to try them out. You will be very happy as I am. In my opinion, they are a +++++ star company.
This was my first time ordering anything from MobStub.
I ordered the Princess ring and it happen to come in damaged, so I e-mail them and they responded in less than an hour. Ilana asked me to send him a picture of the damaged part, so I did and they will be sending me a replacement. Awesome company.

I recently made an order. I was sent the wrong bed set so I contacted customer support who got back to me in a short amount of time. They apologized & have sent the correct bed set. They also told me to keep the other bed set at no cost. Very pleased with the pleasantness of the customer service. I will definitely continue ordering from mobstub
So I had previously used their new wonderful mascara and fibers and love them. My most recent order though left me very unhappy as the fibers flaked all over the place and would not stick to the gel. I sent an email to them and was shocked at my almost immediate reply. Their customer service is excellent they replied to my Concerns immediately and shipped me new product. It really was just bad product because my replacement product is wonderful. You can be sure that I will order again!
I'm very happy to be a MobStub customer. Recently I had a problem with shipping of a product. The MobStub customer service department turned a bad situation into a good one. I will be a MobStub customer for years to come.

Just made my first purchase from mob stub! Was a little weary at first but i ordered anyway... so hapy i did! Im going back for more later today, order was shipped in les than a week! Everything was as ordered could nt be happier
I bought 4 items and received 3. I emailed asking about the other item and was told to contact my local post office but they will tell me the same thing, it was delivered. Well why would I waste my time if you're telling me they will tell me it was delivered because that is what the tracking stated. Was advised to ask my neighbors, done that and I have good neighbors so I believe them. Therefore this not only put me out the money I lost on an item I never received but shorted me a Christmas gift. I will never order from this company again and will spread the word to my friends about my experience with this company.
I bought a winter hat with an led light, it was defective
I sent an e-mail informing MobStub of problem.
I had an answer saying would be replaced and I had that replacement within a week.
I purchased a lot of items for xmas and birthday around the same time. I was very pleased with this experience also with all my purchases.
I purchased 4 bracelets from mobstub and the silver plating wore off the lobster claw clasp rather quickly. Customer service answer? They only address defective items for 15 days. What a joke.
When I received my 3D Fiber lashes, the wand was broken off in one of the tubes. I contacted MobStub customer service, sent them a picture of the defective product and they immediately shipped me out a replacement. I had it in no time at all. You don't often get excellent customer service these days, but they truly provided it. I will do business with them again.
The products are top class at this site; Whether jewelry, clothing, or bedding; they are all fantastic quality.

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
