No Return policy BEWARE

I bought a purse, but it was much smaller than I need. When I sent an email about sending it back, it took 2 tries before someone replied and told me no returns. Now I'm stuck with a tiny purse and out my money. I'm retired and can't afford this! Since they're selling online and the customer has no opportunity to actually see the product before hand, they need to be more accommodating. I'll never shop with them again... and I recommend everyone else be super careful before you commit your hard-earned dollars! And now I read there are problems with the zippers on their purses... Geesh!

Awful

Should have read the reviews first! I ordered two necklaces as a first time buyer. Both were cheap looking and could not possibly cost the $100 originally that they claim. One of them is so poorly made that I cannot possibly give it as a gift as intended. Now I see where all sales are final. I just emailed them about returning the one since it is defective. We will see what type of customer service I receive. Maybe I will get another crummy necklace or no response at all if their customer service is as bad as people say.

*** UPDATE***
Contacted Customer Service about the one piece of jewelry that was defective. They responded right back saying it was a final sale and I could get store credit. I told them that I did not feel comfortable with that since I did not plan on shopping there again. They ended up giving me a credit on my Visa (it was $15.00). So they responded quickly and to my satisfaction. Good customer service for my order. Maybe other items are of good quality but the two pieces of jewelry were probably not the original value that was advertised.

I have been purchasing sheets and blankets from mobstub for a few years and they are the best. I not only get them at a low price but they are the softest and most comfortable ones I have ever owned. I have bought many sets of sheets as well as their wonderful comforter and have never been disappointed.

Purse replacement

I really received a purse and the zipper would not stay closed, I contacted the company and they responded and asked for a photo of the defective zipper. I sent the photo and received a reply that they would be sending me a replacement. I thought since I purchased from a website instead of a store they would not take care of this so I was pleasantly surprised that they are sending me a replacement.

Haven't received first order and it was charged to my account. A second order was immediately charged to my account WITHOUT MY CONSENT and charged to my account. These products are NOTHING I would or could use. Upon contact, they basically said TOO BAD! THREATENED me if I disputed the charge. Now they will not respond to my emails. Class action surely is looming. Be sure to report to New York and your state authorities. Also, Mobstub ADMITTED via email that the second charge was a mistake. Stay away!

Customer Service?

I ordered a white king comforter, and received a gray one! I have sent 4 emails to customer service, but no reply, even though they say they will respond within 24-48 hours. Also contacted the Norton site which guarantees satisfaction but no reply there either! My advice... order nothing from this company. Anyone want to buy my kind gray comforter?

I discovered MobStub one day while I was on Facebook. I look forward to receiving emails from them. I have bought lots of items from here. I mean hundreds of dollars. I have found that MobStub carries top notch items. I have recommended this web site to many of my friends and also to strangers. I truly can't say enough how I am so glad that one morning I decided to check out an ad.

Excellent customer service

I received the wrong color bed sheets set. I contact customer service to find out how I can return the item that I have on hand and exchange the right color. To my surprise, the customer service representative by the name of Lilly replied via email offering me a store credit and I get to keep the product that I have received by error. I'm very ecstatic by the awesome customer service received. Lilly was very quick in responding to my email correspondences.

Great service and great products

I ordered 2 items, one was the alternative down comforter and the other the wireless motion detectors. Both were exactly as described. Here is what impressed me most about MobStub. I was unable to apply a coupon discount, but went ahead with the order. I emailed MobStub and with a few back and forth emails, a credit was applied to my credit card. Thank you MobStub staff!

Great Customer Service!

I ordered a pair of earrings that I love. After wearing them twice, the mire broke off the earring. I was in touch with Customer Service and received very prompt and courteous attention and they are replacing the earrings. I would definitely shop with Mobstub again - ordered other earrings just this morning!

I ordered a piece of jewelry form MobStub for a gift for my daughter. Shopping for her has always been challenging... but when I read that every customer is treated to Norton Shopping Guarantee; I ordered! It arrived the next week in perfect condition and of excellent quality. And what a great price! MobStub has made an enthusiastic customer for life! And my friends and family will be hearing about it!

You get what you pay for

I recently purchased a "down alternative" comforter and sheets from MobStub. There are no customer reviews of their products or I would have written about each product. The prices were really good, but buyer beware, these two items were really of poor quality. I will not shop with Mob Stub again, The two star is generous, but credits them for sending my order in a reasonable timeframe.

Stay Away!

I was also duped into buying the microfiber sheets and got the same refusal on a return or refund. Nowhere in the description did it state they were made of microfiber. "Ultra-Soft Egyptian Comfort 1600 Series Double-Brushed Sheets - In 22 Colors"
I bit on this. They sent me a different ad to show that"microfiber" was in the description. THIS IS NOT THE AD I responded to.
Shady dealers. Do not recommend buying anything from these people - not reputable.

They sell junk!

These people are a bunch of crooks! They duped me into buying these crappy microfiber sheets that deceptively seemed to be made of cotton. Instead, you're made of that nasty microfiber and when I asked if I can return them they said they were very sorry but the sale was final. I had even purchased two sets so I was double scammed. Don't buy from them, it's not the first time I've been disappointed by them but definitely THE LAST!

Excellent Customer Service

I have used Mobstub several times with no problems and always been quite happy with my purchases. Recently an order was sent out, mostly right, but two of the items were the wrong size. Unable to get ahold of the vendor I contacted customer service, relayed my problem and waited. The very next day I was contacted and through a few very pleasant e-mails my new merchandise is now on its way, in the correct sizes. I was very pleased with the response time, no hassle and very nice attitude of the customer service member. I would highly recommend Mobstub!

I ordered two items from Mobstub.com and only recieved one and it took a month to get it. They don't have a customer service phone number so you have to send an email to get in touch with someone. It took two days for a lady named Lilly to answer my email. She apologized for me not receiving the second item and said she would ship it and it would take 3 to 10 business days. 30 days later, (2months from my original order date) I still don't have it and have not been contacted by Lilly or anyone else from Mobstub. I contacted my credit card company and stopped payment on the second item. I will not buy from this company again and I would advise anyone considering it to attempt to locate the item your intrested in at another website that is more professional and trustworthy.
