I purchased an item, received it in a timely fashion, and was pleased. After opening the package and inspection of the item, I discovered two major flaws. I made an inquiry to the company and with in a total of 30 minutes the issue was responded to and taken care of. Unbelievable, total satisfaction.
This company sent such a badly damaged product that FedEx had to return it to them. They never sent me my item. Simply had the damaged one returned and said nothing. Probably expecting me to forget so they could pocket the money. Called the number. What a surprise. It's inactive. I finally filed a dispute against them via my credit company. We will see how it turns out.
On September 15,2016 I purchased a purse off of MobStub and I received my merchandise 6 days later. I was well pleased with my purchase and the speed at which I received it.
I received the wrong merchandise and reached out to Mobstub. They quickly responded and took speedy action in getting the right merchandise to me. Ilana, the rep I was fortunate enough to deal with, was personable, detail oriented and a pleasure to work with. Kudos to Ilana and to Mobstub!

However, the last item was defective, and Customer Service was extremely helpful, and smoothly gave me a credit for that item, to use on my next purchase.

I've been ordering from Mobstub for some time now and their merchandise is quality. Recently I ordered several purses, all beautifully made. Their service is excellent and if one has a question/problem, they answer very quickly. One really can't go wrong with Mobstub, truly.
Everything I have ordered has been good quality merchandise. One product I ordered came in the wrong color. I contacted customer service and they gave me a store credit and let me keep the wrong item. Quick response to my problem and left me trusting MobStub with my future shopping. I must add that delivery is quick also.
We ordered a product with a different ship to address from our billing address. When the product came to the wrong address, it was return as expected. We contacted Mobstub once, with no response. We contacted again and were told that they would ship to the correct address within 3 to 7 days. Weeks went by with no product delivered. At that point I emailed with no response. The next week I emailed with no response. I then called and left a message (they don't ever actually answer the phone). Two days later they contacted us to inform that the product was no longer available. But... They would be glad to give us store credit for the amount we paid. I emailed back and said no, but of course have not heard back. I called and left another message. I am now done with contacting them. They have my money, but I will certainly let the world know that this is not a company to do business with. When we get Facebook posts showing products, we will respond with a warning that you may never get your product.
Bought leather over the shoulder purse, it has lots of missed sewed straps, loose strings, then pulled completely apart after 4wks. Not happy
Great deal on curtains I ordered. They showed up fast and were exactly as described. I felt confident of the sites security. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WONDERFUL! I tried to order the exact item from Amazon. My order sat there for days, then got cancelled. I contacted the seller (MobStub) and they got in touch with me right away, made sure they could ship to me, had the same item. I'll be back for more shopping here.
An item I ordered arrived, but was not the color I had chosen, so I contacted customer service via email and received an immediate reply.
This issue was resolved within a week.
I will continue to shop MobStub, knowing they care about Customer Satisfaction.

The other day I was trying to log into the website, after many tires I sent an email explaining my dilemma to MobStub customer Service dept. To my amazement in no time my email was answered. I have NEVER received such excellent, polite and through Customer Service! Thanks to Ava, Great job to their CS dept. I will be a returning customer just not only for the value on their products but my experience all the way around! GREAT JOB LADIES!
I ordered a ring, but was sent the wrong size, I contacted MobStub, they were kind and immediately sent me the correct size. I didnt have to sent back the mis sized ring that they sent me. The customer service was amazing. I will shop from this site again. Satisfaction guarantee is still there promise.

I had ordered a King size comforter set and decided that a Queen size would probably work better for the bed I had. I immediately notified Customer Service for MobStub and within just a couple of hours, they had responded to me that they had cancelled my order, refunded my credit card, and they suggested that I reorder in the proper size. So in just a matter of hours, my error had been corrected and the right item ordered. I am more than pleased with MobStub's rapid reply and fast handling of the situation which allowed my mistake to be corrected and have the proper item on its way to me. This is the second time I have purchased items from MobStub and I have been very pleased with the quality of the items and how quickly my orders were processed. I highly recommend them, their products and the very professional way they have handled my business with them.

Ordered several pieces of jewelry. Nice quality to most items except one. Company responded extremely quick to my complaint and offered more than one option for replacement. Follow up was always very quick. I have ordered several times and many items and I highly recommend you shopping with MobStub..
I contacted customer service thro an email~~~~they answered right away. After many emails with Ilana ~~I was the one at fault. I apologized and she said No Problem! I have never had such good service! They have me for life s a customer!
I ordered a duvet and sheet set and the order was sent separately so the duvet never made it to my grandson. The Post Office kept saying that it was not there. Mobstub helped me right away by searching and sent me another without me having to keep at them. They showed their loyalty to their customers. I will gladly do business with them again. They stand by their product.
I have bought several products and have never been disappointed. I did receive a damaged product and reported to to customer service. They responded within 24 hours and made it right. Very pleased with their professionalism and politeness. I will definitely order from them again!

Answer: No they are not legit, i would advise that nobody order from Mobstub! They are a bogus company selling out of an apartment in New York, no phone number and when you email them, all kinds of people email you!
Answer: They have NO customer service #, when you have a problem with an order, you have to e-mail their 'customer service dept.' then an automated E-mail response is sent to you. Then another will come 1-2 days later asking you to send them an e-mail with a pic of what is wrong with your order. My advice... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEIR MERCHANDISE IS JUNK & THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SELL, IN FACT MOST OF WHAT THEY SELL IS NOT WHAT THEY ADVERTISE! Take it from someone that had to learn the hard way!
Answer: Although there are items on the Mobstub site that are worth the money (?) there is a lot of junk that I've purchased in the past that wasn't "worth it" in the Dollar Store either. I don't wish to denigrate it, but Mobstub is obviously in business (as is Big Lots) for the same reason if one wishes to figure it out. TRUE: The Egyptian sheets shrink. 100% pure cotton also pills and is no longer satiny-finished. Some of the electronic (motion-detecting) lights simply never worked. Most of the jewelry is cheaply-made, gold-painted, junk that is transported in the box worth more than the product is. Often the instructions (if you are so bold to e-mail/ask, are written in Chinese and sent to your e-mail address in a. Pdf file you need to print from your own computer. Then, does anybody else recall the first Japanese-written (translated) instructions for the original VCRs back in the 1970s-80s? Right! Good luck deciphering the translations. Some of the Apple Phone cases dpn't work as advertised but most of the wires and charging systems and extensions are good buys with Radio Shack now in bankruptcy and gone. Men's clothing can be expected to shrink. Women's (?) The merchandise delivery time is seldom as fast as one would anticipate, but then if you have dealt without it this long how inconvenient is it really (?) Unless it is for a special date or Christmas, forget about having already ordered it, and it will eventually "get there". So, my years-of-experience with Mobstub has been in seriously reading the fine print in the "details" and in totally ignoring the delivery promise. More times than not I receive a product that I cannot purchase at a Best Buy or Walmart at a lower price. ->Right now, their advertised flash drive is a very good purchase<- So, once again, Caveat Emptor: Let the buyer beware of life's lessons.
