WARNING: Do not order anything from the Mobstub.com website! I had ordered four leather cord bracelets with a silver plaque reading SHE BELIEVED SHE COULD AND SO SHE DID, one of my favorite sayings, as advertised on their site. The company changed my order to "Inspirational bracelets" and sent four (at $10 each) that read NOTHING IS IMPOSSIBLE THE WORD ITSELF SAYS I'M POSSIBLE, which makes no sense. ( It's a Chinese company, so there is a language problem.) They have a no returns policy so, after several email exchanges, they are refusing to give me a refund or exchange, insisting I had ordered the items they sent. WRONG! L
Everything I received was wonderful. I love my new purse and the comforter fits more than perfectly on my bed. Highly recommend MobStub:-)
It was a pleasure dealing with Zmobstub again. I have made several orderswith them and been very pleased with everyone. I recommend them to everyone.
I contacted MobStub's customer service about a package that did not arrive, but stated it was delivered. The company was quick to respond and apologized. I contacted them on a Thursday and received my new package on Saturday. Needless to say they will definitely be receiving my future business! Great job MobStub!
I ordered a purse that looked much bigger in the images but was very small when it arrived! They charge your account days before they ship the merchandise which doesn't arrive in a timely manner and they don't do returns! Will never order from these rip offs again!
These are the worst quality items. They will not refund anything - even though the items I received look nothing like the photo. Please don't waste your money on this site. I ordered 4 different items at the same time. None of them are even useable.
Absolute CRAP. On an impulse I purchased not one but three hammered metal bar and pendant necklaces, valued at $55 each, for $12 each plus shipping. They came and 1) the order was wrong - I received one dog necklace vs the bar and pendant and 2) the necklaces could have been purchased at the Dollar Store for 10/$1 they are so cheap. I can't believe I fell for this - save yourself from the same destiny. Can't believe they are in business. CRAP, CRAP, CRAP! I'm beyond angry. Looking at the fine print, of course there is no return or refund. I've written to them - doubt that I'll receive a response. Don't fall for their tactics.
Great selection, quality products and quick delivery. Plus, great customer service and communication - I had some issues with placing a second order (my device was faulty and couldn't interact with their website - my fault, not theirs). It took me a few days to complete my order, and they still honored the discount I had earned! Very pleased and will definitely shop with them again!
On my initial order I forgot to enter the discount code. I contacted the merchant and they were happy to go ahead and give me the discount amount. Made me a happy shopper.
Was pleased with response was suppose to get a discount then i did something n lost the discount- customer service helped me to get it back.
I ordered 2 necklaces, One came with a broken clasp and they both look like they came from the DOLLAR TREE! Total junk! Don't order from here. No phone number to call, only an e-mail for complaints. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE to speak of. Total rip off!
I have ordered several items from Mob Stub, some were nice and worth the postage, however the money I paid for expensive looking CHEAP jewelry and plastic items was more than I saved on the items that were acceptable. Will stop subscribing because returns are not accepted.
I ordered 3 items. Long story short I received "0" items. NONE. Zippo... customer service was a joke. Made me fill out a form so they could "investigate". They went on to say that the USPS gave them a delivery slip. I was out $54. BOOM. I'm sure those crooks laughed all the way to the BANK. NEVER ORDER HERE... unless you like to give money away.
I ordered a necklace that looked great online and although not real expensive, not cheap. It is one of the worst pieces of "jewelry" I've ever seen - poorly made of cheap materials. The clasp broke the first time I opened it (I fool with making jewelry so I just replaced it), and after wearing it once it is beginning to tarnish. I am sure many of their products are fine, but skip the jewelry - a waste of money!
I have shopped online with MobStub for a couple of years and have bought a wide variety of products. Their products are reasonably priced and high quality. Customer Service always responds quickly. Overall, an excellent shopping experience.
I was starting to think that I have made a mistake placing an order. But in comes Estee, Customer support rep. She turned it all around, reordering my short shipment. I'm very satified!
I saw some sheets and a comforter on line at Mobstub. Two friends had " liked " the site so I thought I'd give it a try as the " price was right" for both things. I was very happy with the products and the the correspondence from Mobstub. A Happy Customer!
I was very very pleased at how quick a customer representative responded back to me.
I ordered some really nice Egyptian sheets online from MobStub but accidently ordered the wrong size (king instead of queen)... I really thought I had ordered to correct size but when the ordered was confirmed it said King size. I contacted them via email within 10 minutes of my original order to no avail. After sending 3 emails to them to ask how this can be rectified, I finally received an email response saying I could mail the sheets back to them at my expense and they would allow a refund of what I paid. I asked if they had a method of correcting orders before processing and they said they do not. So I said they should pay for the refund, but they said they would not. So I am keeping the sheets for a potential gift but promised I would write a poor review of their company's process. So here it is. BTW There is no phone number to contact so I couldn't contact them that way. BEWARE.
I recently purchased a item for a larger then usually amount and Mobstub followed throughout to verify that it was a purchase I was making and not an unauthorized person. Customer service was Great
