I changed my sim to a new provider and couldn't use it as my old sim was locked to my old provider. After contacting Mobile Unlocks my phone was unlocked and ready to use 9 minutes after payment was made. I will recommend this service. It was easy to do and service was excellent.
I can't believe how fast this was! I was able to put the SIM card in and use the phone within 15 minutes! Really great service.

Great customer service. I had to initially pay £11.99 for the first part of the unlocking service. I was then asked to pay an additional £26 once the all checks were cleared. The company could not unlock my phone with vodafone because I bought the phone through a third party company. I had to pay an additional £40 for the phone to be unlocked and the company were able to provide the unlock code to me immediately. A lot of money spent but worth it in he end. The only down side is that the company should notify you of he extra charges at the start of the process instead of giving you 100% guarantee that the phone would be unlocked.

In extremely rare cases, for Huawei handsets we have to get the unlock code from Huawei directly, and this is quite expensive - we don't actually make any profit on this and instead just pass the cost price onto you. The checkout page should advise you of the potential extra £40 for Huawei handsets?

Mobile unlocks was recommended by a friend who said how easy it was and how professional the company was.
He wasn't wrong.
A lady named Jody sent very polite emails and this included a very detailed report of my phone.
Once the money was paid it was a very quick process to find my unlock codes followed by a easy to follow email to unlock my phone.

I deeply regret my decision to use MobileUnlocks.com for unlocking my phone. This experience has been nothing short of a scam, characterized by false promises, incompetent service, and deceptive practices. Here are the major issues I encountered:
1. Misleading Service Promises:
MobileUnlocks.com assured me they could unlock my phone within 4 days. After an agonizing wait of more than 2 weeks, they finally sent me a code. Unfortunately, the code was useless and did not unlock my phone as promised. Their inability to deliver on their core service is completely unacceptable.
2. Fake Reviews:
The reviews on their website are clearly fabricated. One review was supposedly posted a day ago, but when I checked three days later, it bizarrely showed as being posted 15 hours ago. This deceitful manipulation of reviews to appear trustworthy is a blatant lie and a violation of consumer trust.
3. Poor Communication:
Their communication was extremely frustrating. Responses to my queries were almost instant, yet obviously generated by AI. Despite writing in English, their replies were in Czech due to my local IP, and when I questioned this, they never provided a clear answer. Their messages were often unhelpful, vague, and did nothing to address my concerns.
4. Substandard Quality of Service:
The service quality was abysmal. The unlocking instructions were confusing and contradictory, leading to an exasperating experience. Despite following their steps meticulously, the process was ineffective and resulted in failure.
5. Unreliable Timelines:
The timeline they provided was a complete joke. Initially promising a 4-day turnaround, the process dragged on for over two weeks with no explanation or meaningful updates. Their consistent delays and broken promises caused significant inconvenience and frustration.
6. Ineffective Customer Support:
When I reached out for support, their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. My issues were not taken seriously, and there was a glaring lack of effort to resolve the problems I faced. Their support team's disregard for my concerns only added to the already dismal experience.
In summary, my encounter with MobileUnlocks.com has been a nightmare. The combination of false advertising, poor service quality, unreliable timelines, and unprofessional customer support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise others to steer clear of this fraudulent service.

I was a little sceptical at first but the entire process was extremely easy and not time consuming at all. The overall time expectation for the phone to be unlocked was good and it was all done and dusted within about 20 minutes to my delight. I needed to unlock my US AT&T phone so I could try to see if my Hungarian SIM works with it.
I was very skeptical when I saw that after paying the initial fee there was a bigger fee to be payed to actually unlock the phone. It would be nice if it was transparent from the start. I was desperate so I tried anyway and it worked and now I'm a very happy customer. Thank you!

I placed my order to unlock my phone Using the USB unlocking way the tech was polite and Patient walking me through the steps needed so he could access my phone and unlock it which was completed in about 15 minutes.
Don't worry about the usb unlocking it is quite simple and quick with instructions the tech gives you I am very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to use them again out of 5 stars I would rate them 10 stars
