I am so happy I got my phone unlocked to give my boyfriend because he doesn't have Verizon services this was well worth the money someone was trying to charge me $250 to unlock it and said it would take 90 days this unlock was fast and efficient

THEY NEVER REFUND! It's a scam, don't fall for it. I paid $266 including the supposed remote technical assistance that was never provided. They promised to refund, follow up, and send me an email to confirm the refund, but they simply disappeared. They have absolutely no respect for their customers!
Don't fall for this scam. It has been reported multiple times and they just keep apologizing and stalling but do nothing. A report will be made to the consumer protection authorities in both the United States and the UK if I do not get a full refund!

Moved over to O2 they wouldn't help told me I had to contact old provider did they said no phone to old (p30 pro) friend told me about these site and mentioned this one as being genuine so that what have a got to lose, a bit unsure at first paid the 11.99 all green tick but then asked for an extra 26.99 started to panic a bit but thought go for it the told will take up to 2 hours to check so left it to do it's thing 3 hours later email with unlock code and it worked.now have my phone back thanks

Unlock successful after 3.5 days. So if you are looking for a way to unlock your phone this site is a way to do it. What I didn't like is the fact that not all the costs are presented upfront, first, you need to pay for different checks with the carrier and after that, you will get the quotation for the actual unlocking codes.

If your phone doesn’t prompt for an unlocking code when a non-Vodafone SIM card is inserted, please note that a Remote USB Unlock at an additional fee may be required.

I unlocked my Samsung S10 which I got in Japan. I didn't realise it was network locked. I tried a pre-paid SIM in Australia and it didn't work so I used this service. They said it would take 48 hours. It took around 36 hours (faster than promised) and then I was provided with a code and additional instructions and things to try if the code didn't work.
Fortunately the code worked and I was immediately unlocked! So I'm very happy with the service (5 stars). The "overall experience" was really my own fault. Always read the fine print! I thought the cost was $14.95 but that is just for the checking phase. The actual unlock was an extra $91 USD.
However, I decided to pay and complain a lot if it didn't work. Luckily if it doesn't work they even get a technician to guide you through additional steps.
Overall - it was worth it, much less than half the price of another S10. I'm unlocked and happy.

I'm happy I found this service because without them I wouldn't have been able to get my phone back on. Dealing with T-Mobile I was over with everything and assumed I would need a completely new phone but then I found mobile unlock and found an alternative. Skeptical at first, I decided to go along with it and long behold I woke up with my SIM card unlocked and it only took a few days.
