I've wasted money on other "unlock sites" that didn't work but this one did! My husband and I both used it for our phones. His took less than 12 hours while mine took the whole 48 hours plus a few more. I am ultimately happy & satisfied.

Was a bit unsure about the remote unlocking, however, it was such an easy and straightforward process. Very simple process from start to finish. Only thing I was expecting another fee, an additional £26 requested at the final step after already paying the advertised £11.99.

I paid £11.99 and then a further £26 and was told my phone was unlocked remotely when it wasn't. I contacted live support and was asked to enter the codes which I had never been sent. When I told them they hadn't sent any codes, they disappeared and didn't reply to my multiple messages for 2 weeks.
At this point I phoned Sony and got the codes from them. I have since asked Mobile Unlocks for a refund and was told to email them, I have done this twice and no reply. I have been locked out of their Live Chat feature for 'misuse' (and no, miraculously i was never rude to them at all despite all of the above!)
Anyway they sent an automated email out saying they'll give you £10 for a review so this is my honest review - and the only way I can see of getting any of my money back at this point.
Avoid at all costs.

I wanted to unlock two iPhones I had just gotten but they was from AT&T and wanted them for Verizon wireless.
