Service was very easy to do, just a few clicks and it unlocked my phone. However I did not know that it would take a few days, I thought it was instant. It took 6 days to unlock my phone, which was also no longer in contract with my carrier. I was not able to use my phone with another carrier while traveling as I traveled for a short time only, but looking forward to using a travel eSIM for next time.

I found MobileUnlocks after having spent days trying to talk to the T-Mobile support team. It was an absolute nightmare experience, and T-Mobile solved nothing for me. So I decided to give an online unlocking service a shot since none of my local mobile shops would even try to unlock it. I then proceeded to pay for the check to find out if my phone was even possible to be unlocked. It was, so I went ahead and payed an unlock fee. Only to my surprise find out that T-Mobile said I had debt to them of almost 700 dollars! Which is a complete lie, my phone is completely payed off! T-Mobile was really trying to scam me off of all the money they could. Anyway, I got so desperate that I decided to go ahead and pay the fee for the unlock that MobileUnlocks presented me having said that they negotiated with T-Mobile to reduce the asking price. After about 40 minutes I received an email saying that they were proceeding with the unlock and that the average for my kind of phone was about 12 days. MobileUnlocks said it would take 6 days for my particular case to unlock the phone, and it was to my surprise that after only 3 days I received an email saying that my phone was unlocked and it actually was. I cannot thank MobileUnlocks enough for their service, simple, easy, transparent and much cheaper than relying on your ex network or current network. The whole process cost me about 250€.

It was a bit of a mixed bag to be honest, at first the experience took a long time (10 days), eventually I got a email telling me they were going to prioritise my case. I think it may have been more complex than anyone initially thought. They stayed in contact and made sure the job got finished and now I can finally use my mobile it was Definetly worth the wait.

Thanks for the feedback. As your handset wasn't locked to a carrier (it was locked by the manufacturer to European networks only) we had to get the unlocking codes from Samsung which unfortunately took a long time.

My iphone14 that was network-locked by G*ob* from my country was easily unlocked within the timeframe given. While waiting for the unlocking, I could still use the network sim leaving no downtime.

I asked for unlock codes for a Samsung A5 2017 phone. After waiting 9 days I finally received codes which did not work. I had asked at various times why it was taking so long and if I could get money back for the length of time it was taking and I was referred to t&c that that wasn't possible. Really poor consideration money spent.

Hello everyone, my phone was locked to Resseler Flex USA. It is a weird situation because it's not locked in a specific carrier but i couldn't use my phone.
I couldn't find someone to buy it
And I couldn't use it so I left it unused for 2 years. It was an Expensive iPhone and it was such a pity that it was useless. I tried to unlock it with 5 different so called experts but none of them unlocked it.
I tried one last time after a while with MobileUnlocks I didn't believe they could do it because I had tried so many time but they did it and very fast actually. I am amazed. Good job to everyone for having so good quality in your service.
