I was trying to unlock my Ultra 22 from verizon so I google an unlocking company and mobileunlock came on the top so I just paid $29 at the begining and got to know that I have to make another $50 to complete my unlock request so I did made $50 as well.
After few hours I got an email saying that the unlock code is ready and you can unlock your phone now but I tried to unlock it my phone is not even prompting me to add this code and when im trying to contact this company there's only chat support available to send message only and then you would have to wait for then to respond and its already 9 hours that im waiting for their response and you cant even send them a second message before thell respond to your first message. And now they're only giving me the credit to use on their site which is not fair at all!

They unlocked my phone but I wasn't aware the initial payment was just a check then once that was done they ask for another payment to actually unlock the mobile.
But all in all they were fast, convenient and did what I needed so the cost wasn't the end of the world.
