I was ultimately left dissatisfied as it was not made obvious that once MU charge you £11.99 to tell you if your phone can be unlocked, you are then charged again £26.00, for a second time to carry out the unlocking. It cost me £37.99 in total. Charges may vary, but this is what I was charged.

Found website and paid 11 pounds for checks to be carried out,I then paid a further 26 pounds for the iPhone to be unlocked.all reviews were saying 15 minutes or 20 minutes or really quick.10 days in total to unlock my iPhone and all the feedback I had every time I chased it up was that sometimes it can take a little longer.

Someone call a lawyer or the police. You pay for qhat initially looks like the unlock. In my case 15 dollars. However this is just to check I'd you are eligible. After this they made me an offer of 50 dollars for the actual unlock. Total theft. They claim all this is outlined from the beginning. If so they make it super hard to see this! Buy a new phone or use some other website. This is BS.

Just when you think it's a scam you receive an email saying your phone has been unlocked and ready to go. So when I submitted the request and fees I was quoted an estimated date of 3 days for the phone to be unlocked after reading the reviews I seen that it can take a couple extra days so I waited to see what would happen and on the 5th day it was good to go! I have already had the phone added to another plan with a completely new phone company. With mobile unlock I was charged about $75 but to me it was worth it because I would have spent WAY more on purchasing a whole new iPhone.

I needed to get an old Huawei phone unlocked from O2. This phone is probably about 8 years or more old but still functional and we decided to re-use the phone as a kids phone.
I had a spare SIM for EE lying around and when the phone said it was locked and needed an unlock code I looked on the internet to see what services were available, after a quick Google, I found Mobile Unlocks.
After some checks to ensure I actually owned the phone and it wasn't stolen or blacklisted, the system requested the unlock codes from O2. This did take several days, then the status changed to say the system was now requesting codes from Huawei (likely due to the age of the phone).
However, shortly after this I got the code via email and on the update screen, entered it and voila, unlocked to all networks!

Advertised for £7.99 and ended up paying £43.98. After each payment phone was still locked and another payment was being asked for. If I had know in the beginning I would have got it done much cheaper at my local phone repair shop.
