Phone was locked with another network. Found the website easily and the instructions where clear to follow. No problems during the process. Completed approximately within an hour from start to finish. Which means that i can now use my phone for work again.

The process of purchasing this mobile unlock was easy to follow.
The only issue I had was that it took 2 hours to unlock the phone, this isn't an issue if you are happy to go away and come back to it when it is done.

From start to finish this service was easy to follow and really easy to do!
I had a mobile that was locked to EE and my son wanted to use it, it was such an easy process to start to get the phone unlocked and the site was so helpful and easy to us, emails were send to myself every time something happened with the process and I could follow the progress too.
The phone couldn't be unlocked straight away so they got in contact with the manufacturer for me to get a code, the process was all done by them and I didn't have to worry about a thing.

I had tried other services before I came here and got the best service. They have a real time tracker that makes it easy to see how the progress. The experience is easy and you don't have to do navigate some complex interface. And the result came earlier than originally stipulated. Very commendable service and fruitful result. I wasn't sure about this but took a chance and within a short period of time the phone was unlocked. Note there are two payments of about £11 and then about £25 - so a bit more than first seemed but I'm ok with that as it was all done without needing to leave the house or even speak with anyone!

I decided to try mobileunlocks and they got the job done. Took a bit longer than expected but in the end they unlocked my phone. Also, they helped with the pay off balance that I didn't realize I still had. We got it paid and it took about 4-5 days for them to send the confirmation email that they unlocked it.
