Well I clicked on unlock the phone and then you guys said it was just an unlocking fee which is $30 which is more than I paid for the phone and then I was stuck having paid that and then paid another $70 to unlock the phone that's crazy never did you say there was another $70 charge after the 30 that's crazy Bad Business bad advertising you guys are Crooks backing people into a freaking corner and making them pay 70 more that's $100 I spent for a $20 phone doesn't make any sense if I could I would sue you but instead I'm leaving this review cuz you guys suck and I will continue to spread the bad word about you guys worst service ever and it took 4 days you guys are a joke

2. **Standard Unlock**: You then paid $63 for the actual unlocking process.
Your total payment amounted to $91.99, which makes me a little confused as you mentioned $100. Nevertheless, your status now shows **"Unlock Complete,"** and you have received the necessary codes: NCK=50946264, MCK=13949392, RGK=00000000, ERGK=00000000.
If your phone does not prompt for an unlocking code when a non-ATT SIM card is inserted, a **Remote USB Unlock** will be required at an additional fee. This is mentioned in our terms to ensure transparency.

I was concerned initially about using an online unlocking service and the reviews were mixed. I found the service itself to be excellent. It took a couple of days for the phone to be unlocked and very good communication throughout in relation to the process. The pricing however needs to be more upfront. It's the one sting in the tail. Happy to pay for the service but it does come as a surprise if you don't read all the small print. The low price is what is seen but that is just for initial checks. The additional costs come after the phone is confirmed as able to be unlocked and you can't proceed until this is paid which is fair enough - I just would prefer to see that really clearly. That said, I would definitely use the service again. It was able to be done online, without a hitch. Follow the process step by step, an email link is sent to return to check progress and as I said previously, really good communication throughout.
