My iPhone 7 was unlocked so overall no complaints, it was my fault for not realising it can take so long but it took around a week for my phone to be unlocked and said 'overdue' on my updates the entire time, it does say this can happen and is normal process on the website but in my haste I hadn't realised so was disappointed it wasn't done straight away. Nonetheless my phone was unlocked and I was kept undated every step of the way so would use this service again if needed.

They had my phone unlocked in 2 days! They keep you in the loop as far as what's going on. When it was done all I had to do was insert my sim!

Hidden charges after being quoted a price then charged more than double again

Pricing should have been clear from the start. Pre checked then having to pay for the actual unlock.

So far so good. I was initially quoted £11.99 only to find that I had to pay a further £26.00 to complete the unlocking of my phone.

Done in minutes, really simple to use, quick and efficient we had everything we needed to unlock the phone in 15 minutes, so all in all a quick process.

Process was smooth and easy to understand, just took a few days and my locked iPhone became unlocked.

Took a little long but the wait and price was well worth it.

Wasn't too sure about using an internet site to unlock my daughters sim lock in her phone as i have always used a shop, but wasn't convenient at the time with working hours, but was cheaper to do with mobile unlocks and so much easier/faster. I would recommend anyone to use this service. Thanks again mobile unlocks

Claiming to unlock for £11.99 then once paid a second charge of £26 was required to unlock, deceitful and overpriced

AS the title suggests don't purchase the sites offers, likely you'll only end up regretting it.

Disappointed as the price advertised was then followed up by an additional higher cost

The website advertised unlocking my phone from £7.99, on that basis I proceeded, I then got a charge of £12.99, it was more than I expected but I proceeded. The app then went through a check list, it then asked for a further £26 to unlock the phone, totaling nearly £39. I would have pulled out of the transaction but the,£12.99 was non refundable so I felt was committed to the deal.
My other ee phone was locked and ee unlocked it for free, so I am a bit disappointed to say the least. I feel this company is underhanded.

Easy service to you. You ask for the phone to be unlocked and the systems to the rest
