MobileUnlocks showed me USD 15 fees to unlock iPhone 11 from carrier and after receiving the money - halfway through the unlock process they stopped and again asked to pay another USD 50. It was like a trap and I felt cheated by MobileUnlocks - pls stay away from these crooks
Excellent good very good good experience hope everyone is satisfied
While the actual unlock was quick, the total cost was clear until after the first payment.
In total it was nearly £40 which is excessive for an unlock.
The full cost should be made clear before any payments are taken
I received an email with the statement that smartwach imei is unblocked. Below this statement was the text with directions as if that was for the phone. Considering it might be the default text or some mistake, i followed the instructions: purchased an esim from china (outside the eu as it was stated), registered it on my smartwach, but it did not register it because imei was still blocked. That esim works on my phone. I wrote you several emails but did not had a response. So i wasted around 50 eur for this.
I paid twice. My mistake because I thought I was using a different company. Codes received are the same but none of them work. The first time I was asked to provide video of me entering codes which I did. But received no further advice.
I am absolutely mad that it always shows a low price, and later they send you an email saying that it is much more. From 30 dollars, it goes to 80... I hope they get a lawsuit to stop this deceit.
And the funny thing is that whenever someone gives a bad review, out of nowhere comes a super good review...
I didn't realise you can get this for free from your network. This company charge you for a service. In my case £12. Then before they will complete and after they take your money. They asked me for another £26 to finish what you have already paid for and can easily get for free anyway. Absolute scammers.
I don't believe these positive reviews are genuine and they need to be investigated - how can you have such extreme variety in experience - the one star reviews are so similar that they represent the truth I would suggest
After paying the £10 to unlock was then charged another £26 to unlock. Was promised for it to unlocked in 1 hour but it took 3 days! Not happy with the unkempt promises and felt that they made false claims.
Easy and fast to use but after few days, trying to place a phone call seems to have some issues as the network cannot reach the end users. Needs to try a call more than once.
Assuming the reviews for the site are real, it's a big gamble giving them almost $100 because they were unable to unlock my phone. I had to wait 3 days to find out they couldn't unlock it, and AT&T did it for free and it was instant. So I'd say try with the carrier first if you're going to try and unlock it yourself. And then possibly try a third party site. I will say they do credit your account for what you paid if they were unable to unlock your phone. Credit on their site only, though, highly doubt you'll be able to get a refund as they have an extensive list of why you can't receive a refund.
Started on a Friday and imminent by Monday then finally unlocked on Wednesday. Seems a long time when other reviews say "quick " service. IPhone X from O2 to Vodafone.
Paid for unlock code for samsung galaxy s2, code delivered fairly promptly, however it failed to work. They asked for video showing unlock code being input and photo of screen showing phone IMEI. These were sent and since then have heard nothing. Have sent a further email asking for a full refund, once again silence. A complete rip-off
The process is very misleading, they charge you £12 just to check if the phone is valid and then another £25 to actually 'unlock' the phone.
The unlock code arrived swiftly, however on my phone it says invalid sim (with multiple sim cards) so my phone hasn't been fully unlocked.
Also on the imei check it states the network is unavailable.
I have emailed the customer service team with video evidence and have had no response
My wife swapped provider and got a new sim. The sim wouldn't work and I was told to go back to my old provider. The old provider were no help at all sending me back into the shop who would then say I need to speak to help support. I was then sent to Samsumg who explained that it needs to be the provider. The old provider was no help at all so I used this service. Within 48 hours the mobile was unlocked and new sim worked. Great service
Can't fault the service but the way the pricing should should be more clear cut. We ended up paying over a third of the value of the phone to get it unlocked. It said from £7.99 or something when it's not. We paid £11.99 which is fine but then a £26 charge afterwards when they confirm they can do it is a bit steep. Clearly nobody pays under a tenner for the complete service. There are competitors that offer the same service much cheaper without the misleading 'from' sales technique with an unclear pricing
Answer: THEY ARE THIEVES. They cheat people and steal their money. Varaju ljude i kradu im novac. TO SU LOPOVI I PREVARANTI!
Answer: I used a site called www.unlockriver.com who delivered in a timely fashion and didn't have hidden costs
