Phone was unlocked quickly and it was an easy process. The fee structure as advertised is misleading, I was aware they would ask for additional fees so was prepared for it but it is nor clear.

I paid for the full unlocking facility on a Samsung phone so my son could travel to South America and buy a SIM card. The phone never unlocked and continued to ask for more payments. I asked for a refund as the service didn't work and had no answer and no refund.

Initial charge for phone security check only, unlock code then cost over twice that. It took 3 days rather than the immediate timescale implied but worked first time.

Just know that the advertised price is about a quarter of the eventual price, essentially all you pay for initially is for them to check they can do something, the actual fee to unlock comes after that, and I my case made the total 4 times the initial outlay.

The attention was good, they had the time required to do the work and even more so that we had different schedules

S23 Ultra on AT&T. Passed your $15 "check". Paid for the full unlock, but was told the device was "hard-locked" because it would not ask for an unlock code when changing SIMs. Verified on video that it does ask for a code, and have asked for a refund multiple times in the last 2 weeks with no response.
Posted a poor review on their site (which is there for me) but when I use another browser and VPN, they have it removed for other people, view pictures.

Paid £12 to have phone unlocked only to have another charge of £26 so I paid a total of £38

Took a few days but works as advertised. Was able to unlock my phone after some time. Would use again if necessary.

No lo recomiendo por el mal servicio prestado y por la falta de garantía del servicio que prestan

I came across this offer via google search engine. Initiall offer was for £6.99 and when I add the phone detail quote raised to £11. I paid for the service just to beeing informed that i am actually paying not for unlocking but for checking/verification service. Unlocking cost - £26, so I paid £37 as there was no option to get rufund for verification service. It is not clear of what are you paying for and initial illusory quote is far away of true cost.

Its discusting that you charge £11.99 to start the process then to actually get the code you charge another £26.00. A complete rip off

Theses guys deliver as promised. I was skeptical but everything was as promised

The time it took for the codes to come through were a little longer than specified, however the codes still did not work on my phone.

I recently made a payment of $14.99 for what I believed was an unlocking service for my phone. However, it turned out to be an "illegibility check" related to unlocking from a specific carrier. The service was not clearly explained, and I felt misled. I would not have paid for it had I known the true nature of the service.
