OnOct 3th, 2023, I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with a website that promised a simple service: unlocking my router for the seemingly reasonable price of $15. Little did I know, this encounter would turn into a frustrating and costly ordeal.

The initial offer appeared enticing – just under $30 to unlock my phone, a task that should have been straightforward. However, it quickly became evident that this website was nothing more than a scam. After I made the initial payment of $15, I was informed that I needed to pay an additional $50 to actually get my phone unlocked. This unexpected demand for extra money felt like a bait-and-switch tactic, leaving me deeply frustrated and suspicious of their intentions.

Before making the initial payment, I diligently read through the website's terms and conditions, hoping to avoid any hidden fees or surprises. To my astonishment, there was no mention whatsoever of the need for additional payments beyond the initial fee. This lack of transparency is a clear red flag and demonstrates the deceptive nature of this website.

One aspect that makes this experience even more frustrating is the existence of seemingly positive reviews on the site. However, I have strong suspicions that these reviews are either fake or bought. I learned the hard way that trusting these reviews was a grave mistake.

In the end, my encounter with this website was a complete waste of time and money. Not only did I not get my phone unlocked, but I also found myself out of pocket by a significant amount. It's disheartening to think that there are unscrupulous websites out there preying on unsuspecting customers like myself.

My advice to anyone reading this review is simple: stay far away from this website. Don't be fooled by their enticing offers or positive reviews, as I was. It's crucial to exercise caution when dealing with online services, especially when your hard-earned money is on the line. Didn't like that it says unlock for £12 then it says phone checked now pay another £26! To complete. They should make it clear how much it costs in the first place. I thought it was a scam because of this and didn't pay the 2nd payment, took it to a phone shop and they said £30 to unlock so I did pay the 2nd payment. It took 2 days which waiting made me even more sure it was a scam but EE takes longer. This does work and it's not a scam so if you can't be bothered to go to a shop it's a great service. Basically costs £8 more than a phone shop would charge. Overall I'm happy and recommend it.

I feel I was caught out by the first fee, I know it has to be done, however, it's my own fault for not reading the qualifying instructions firstly. It took nearly four days to unlock, which was a lot longer than I expected, though they come up with the goods.

My 14 pro max was unlocked on premium service which great feeling. My iPhone 12 mini didn't unlocked on regular which cost around 72 $.
My only complain if issue not resolved you should refund instead of giving a refund note.

At the beginning I was sceptic to pay, but my surprise is that iPhone is working well now, I'm using in Qatar without any problems.

SO ITS EITHER I MAKE THE UNEXPECTED AND UNBELIEVABLY HIGH BALANCE PAYMENT OF 54POUNDS OR I FORFEIT MY 11.99 TO THEM. THESE GUYS ARE HEARTLESS THIEVES. PLEASE GUYS; mobile unlocks is a fraud. DO NOT FALL VICTIM. I JUST LOST 11.99 TO THEM NOW. THEY ARE THIEVES.

Daughters phone was locked out on EE SIM, set her up with contract with sky, mobile unlocks service was fast and great communication via email on how to unlock phone over all took ten mins, start charge to check phone over was 11 pound and an additional 22 pound to unlock it would highly recommend, will use this site again if needed 5*

I lost hope when the process percentage was resetting, but I researched it and found out that was part of the process. So I waited and it worked perfectly to unlock an save my phone. Thank you.

The company not helped me. I tried to unlock a Samsung Galaxy S23 plus.
After I paid 11.99£ for a diagnosis they ask me to pay another 26.00£ for unlocking.
They didn't unlock my phone and after 10 emails to them asking the refund they accepted to give me only that 26.00£ and they offer me like a voucher on they're site for that 11.99£. I ask them again for refund for that 11.99£ but they refused and told me I still have to use them on their site.
This company is not worth to be used and my advice is to avoid them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Gave one price. Paid them said 50percent complete. Give the price up front so you don't mess people about.

I was not 100% sure if this would work but it actually did I needed an old phone unlocked for my son took about 4 days but got there in the end super good service keep you up-to-date the whole time

I am waiting for more than a month, they stopped responding to emails. I paid 70€ and phone is still locked.

Charge said £11 to unlock, the. Tried to charge another £26 to complete process. Avoid this company!
