They claim to unlock every phone in 15 minutes but that is just marketing talk. Secondly, they claim to unlock any phone and they just failed to unlock my iphone. It took days and days then they came back with an excuse and retaining my $110, claiming it can only be used on their website. They never give a refund at all. No 100%. It's a lie!
Amazing service. Needed my iPhone EE unblocked asap and went through this website. Great price and phone was unblocked in 30 mins. Thank you so much.
Well I followed their instructions and it didn't work so they asked me take video of inputting inlock number and they said I had not done hard reset then set a ideo which I followed to the letter still says unsuccessful asked for my money no refund received and no further communication
Experience is set up behind two pay walls. The first they tell you about. The second is a bit hidden. After you pay to evaluate your phone which I suspect 95% of phone pass you can start the unlock process. You see the price for the basic process and for me the premium process has no slots and shows no price. So you are pushed to a two step process. You don't see the price till after the first step is complete. Feedback. Show the premium price up front. The process worked. The premium price was more than expected and what I saw in the reviews. End to end it cost me $400 to unlock my phone. Depending on your old phone it might be a better deal to buy an unlocked phone and just get a trade in credit. It was break even for me compared to a trade in of iPhone 13 Pro Max to 15 pro max.
Initial experience was charge for service. As soon as that charge was placed, another charge was set for Network and phone vendor. After 24 hours I was given 1 code. I obtained a sim card, installed to phone and saw no request for codes. Returned to sim card vendor and told to call tracfone to unlock phone. Tracfone produced two codes one of which had been provided by Mobile locks but second code was also needed. When both codes installed with help of Tracfone the phone unlocked. It appears to me that Mobile Locks was unnecessary and I would appreciate a refund. I would rate service as POOR!
Did not have a good experience. I paid $28.99 and then an additional $36 to get my phone unlock. They didn't help me at all my phone is still locked. After a week and I email them multiple times and still can't help me they are telling me it blacklisted. DONT USE THEM THEY WILL NOT UNLOCK YOUR PHONE.
Was hesitant but it all worked out in the end!
The comment section is wild everyone do not listen to the spam. If you notice it is on all pages.
My phone is unlocked successfully. I'm very happy with that part of the service. However, they don't tell you that stage one cost you 8 pounds, and then stage to cost you with a further nearly 30 pounds.
It was like I purchased the unlock and it said it would take like 9 days or so but then like 2 days or less past an I went to track the order and it said it was finished and was ready for me to put the unlock codes in and after I did that it was working with a different SIM card that wasn't locked to its carrier and I was just like amazed an happy that an unlocking service finally worked for at least 1 of my several phones that needed to be unlocked.
I needed to unlock a Samsung s22, base model and chose MobileUnlocks to do the unlocking. This particular model was initially sold through T-Mobile and therefore doesn't have a dialogue box that pops up asking you to input the network unlock code as it does in other phone manufacturers and models. So my phone required a USB unlock. The price for this was $275 or somewhere around there, and they gave me a $65 credit as that is what I initially paid to get the network unlock code before I realized that that wouldn't work and I emailed them explaining that. Well they sent me an email explaining that the only way they can unlock my phone was through usb. Fine no problem. One of the technicians gets in contact with me through whatsapp, we make arrangements for me to download a program that enabled him to work on my phone through our computers. The unlocking itself, took less than 10 minutes. However after he performed the unlock I was able to put my SIM card into the phone and I had phone service on it. I had phone service on my phone for all of one day. The next day, I noticed that I can't send or receive any text messages or make any phone calls. I investigate my phone, and I realize that the phone had re-locked itself even with my SIM card in from mint mobile. Anyhow, I got in touch with mobile unlocks about this and all they did for me was refund to me $10 of the 275 that I sent for unlock that was completely not effective. They promised me that they're unlocked would be immediate and permanent. Well it was definitely immediate but it certainly was not permanent not by any stretch of the imagination. Anyhow I think this company sucks and I feel like they ripped me off.
They lead you to believe that your unlock will be $14.99, but that turns out to be only for a check. Then they require another $50, on top of the $14.99 to unlock the phone. They don't tell you up front that it's going to cost $64.99. And by the time you find that out, your $14.99 is not refundable. Total dastardly scammers. Don't get sucked in.
Zor bir işlemdi fakat söz verdikleri günde yaptılar. Çözüm odaklı ve güvenilirler. Fiyatları uygun, tavsiye ederim
Probably the worst I have ever used...Need 56 Characters, ok, not probably, definitely
I had forgotten my iPhone was locked to a network, and wanted to change provider. Searched for MobileUnlocks and found many positive reviews. It took a long time to unlock my (old) phone, but in the end the phone can now be used, so I'm happy.
This a scam website they let me to pay 15$ to check if my router is unlockable or not and they said its unlockable. Then they forced me to pay 65$ to unlock, after i paid to them THE SAID ITS A HARD LOCKED NOT UBLE TO UNLOCK IT! WTF! And your money IS NOT REFUNDABLE!
They are a REAL thieves.
Recently had a frustrating experience with mobileunlocks.com. Initially, they quoted me $14 to unlock my mobile device, but as I proceeded, they misleadingly pushed me to pay an additional $50 to supposedly finalize the process. However, the following day, they informed me that my phone couldn't be unlocked due to a hard lock issue. What's particularly concerning is that they likely knew about this issue from the beginning when they checked my IMEI. It was a disappointing and deceptive encounter, leaving me feeling scammed and dissatisfied with their service.
How do I know when it is done?
I kept the site open and when it was done it told me.
It was easy to purchase.
Yes it was easy to purchase. How do I know when it is done?
My iPhone was bought on simple mobile plan, it was like specifically locked and for use on simple mobile. Idk there was some specific issue with it and the SIM was locked. However this service did seem to work and even though it cost like $90 it does work. They made me do two payments even though they weren't clear about it at first. So that part felt kind of scammy. And the first time they did it, it did not work however customer service followed up and the second time it did work. So overall I was able to get my SIM unlocked on iPhone due to this service. So yes it does work. But there are two payments one of around $30 and one of $60. Also it took like a week for the whole process. So don't think it will work right away. Cause it takes some time. But it does work.
