Was skeptical at first. But I bought an iPhone 14 from someone and they claimed it was unlocked, it ended up being carrier locked with at and t and owed 609 dollars on the phone. Mobileunlocks negotiated the price down to less than half and got my phone unlocked in about a week and a half. They are truly legit. They would have even given me all of my money back if they would have been unable too unlock my phone.

They were very helpfull and my problem was solved within 2 days. It took a bit longer as it was an unknown sim card. Costs were a bit high but at least my phone was unlocked.

Tried it twice.

1st time was successful but only after my funds siphoned 3 times with no chance of a refund except for the 3rd try after I complained.

The 2nd is on-going so far I was siphoned twice and in rhe end was told If I paid the outstanding balance owed by the original owner, the Sim would be guaranteed to be unlocked. The unlock was supposed to take 7 days, no on Day 10 with no resolution. Only yesterday was I "prioritized". Not sure what that even means if they are waiting for a company to accept the balance paid and unlock the damn phone.

If are successful, I still wouldn't have them a better score.

Advertised at £11.95 but then wanted an additional £26-Odd just before checkout, making it more expensive then other sites. Very shoddy

They unlocked my phone efficiently. The phone is valuable and it was worth it.

All OK except for hidden charges, stated unlock for £11.00 then sign up and then get billed another £26.00. When you say a price keep to it or say the total price.

Unsatiafied bwcause You was not did the job. I have to pay mutiple time and on the end I you not provide the unlock key.

Everything They Claim They Will Do For You, They Do! I had a hard lock from my previous carrier and Mobile Unlock's still was able to unlock it.

I will never use your company again due to not being upfront about the overall cost, don't state one price knowing its more after you check eligibility it just feels like a con man move.

I paid for the initial eligibility check. No problem. Their service ran a scan, and came up with my phone's details. Was prompted to pay an additional $50. I thought since they could get detailed info about my phone, they should be legit. I was prompted to wait a few days. When I checked back, I got a message that said my phone was hard locked, and they need to have a service tech do an unlock for another $150! Seems like a scam to me.

It took nearly a week, and I was beginning to think that I had been conned, but then it worked so I am happy.

Easy bur more pricey than initially advertised it first said 11.99 but then I had to pay an extra 26 for it being unlocked

I had to unlock my American AT&T Samsung Galaxy while I was traveling in Thailand. This service was very easy to use, and worked faster than they had estimated.

Their terms and conditions state:

"Eligibility Checks" are not covered by our money back guarantee. We perform a variety of checks, including checking for lost/stolen status, correct network, phone history as well as Activation Lock status. There may be an additional price to pay for the sim unlock itself, this will be stated on your order summary page prior to purchase. If you decide not to proceed with the unlocking payment, we cannot refund the cost of the Eligibility Checks, as we have already performed the service.

However, you are totally led to believe you are paying for the unlocking of the phone and receive an invoice stating "Pre-Order IMEI Unlock for ************** (iPhone 6S Plus) locked to T-Mobile USA". Two minutes later they then "correct" your order automatically to perform what they call an "eligibility check". This site is deliberately designed to mislead. Everyone should instigate a chargeback so that the credit card companies cut them off.

A little bit annoying that initially it looked like it was going to cost £11.99, in the end after 2 more unlock codes it ended up costing me around £60, a little misleading.

Sad story, I lost my phone while helping family hang a TV on a block wall I was trying to look down the cinder blocks with my phone flashlight and dropped phone into the cinder block and there was no way of retrieving!
But I had an old phone and thought I just use it until I tried to have activated it was locked, so I used your unlocking service which I wasn't sure it would work, but after following all the prompts the SIM card was unlocked.
I went back to my carrier even though I was hesitant that it really was unlocked I ask the customer service representative if she could install a new SIM card and activate my phone. She went to get a SIM card from back room she was gone a while and l thought ok this did work. When she did come back I said didn't work did it to my surprise she said it worked she just had trouble finding the SIM cards, Wow I was thrilled the No unlocking process and the few dollars saved me hundreds based on what a new phone was have cost, thanks for your support I will be telling many people about this experience!

Completely disappointed it took more than 4 days to get an unlock code. That on another page I did In less than 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I wrote to your email several times and they only responded to me to wait. And I asked them to cancel and they didn't respond either. So on Monday they had the code but why now? Yes I already had my phone unlocked.
