No good. Wasted £38 when my mobile was already unlocked. Yet still took my money with no refund. Very deceiving. Many other people had similar experiences. Stay away.

Even If I ve communicated with customer support (telling them that I actually need to unlock my passworded phone), I did not receive the proper resolution expected. I ve paid a lot of money for nothing (approx 100 USD).

Phone was already unlocked but kept getting Limited Service. Took phone to phone shop to be told it is an antenna fault and phone is that old beyond economical repair. Obviously because of the Limited Service message I had thought phone was locked to a network. Told Mobile-Unlocks and basically told No Refund. First they charge you £11.99 for Phone Unlcok then at 50% they stop and ask for ANOTHER £27.99 to complete service. Total scam with fake reviews! Beware! Again, have asked for full refund to no avail!

Searched for a network unlock company and came across mobileunlocks. It said $15 to unlock the phone so I said what the hell. Paid the money and got an email saying i need to pay an extra $75 to unlock the phone. I emailed them and never heard back. That is when I started checking this company out. You can tell all of their positive reviews are fake because they are all way to positive. Can you pay for a bunch of fake reviews or do these people sit around all day creating them? Doesnt matter, They are based in England and can be reported to the police by searching: actionfraud police uk reporting-fraud-and-cyber-crime.

Mobileunlocks provided me with an excellent experience that I highly recommend. Although it does take time, it is definitely worth the wait.

Need to know the whole cost upfront straight away as I paid £12 thinking that was the cost only to find afterwards that was only 50% done and had another £26 to pay to get sim unlocked which surprised me as you put in your IMEI Number and told yes can be unlocked thinking it's £12 but it wasn't as another payment is due after that so you need to be more upfront so we know the costs.

The product was not useful. It also costly for the outcome.

Did exactly what I wanted but as I was rushing I failed to read the ful breakdown that it would be a two stage payment. Still it was done without leaving the house and saved me finding someone to do the work on the high street.
