Bought the unlock in what I thought was the total price then got stung for full price. Your website was not clear or transparent with costs. Normal shop would have unlocked for less than £20. Hour costs total came in at over £37

I would never do this again

It was a tortuous process, a lot of information required, difficult experience. Part way through £11.99 was demanded to continue. No mention of payment was made at the beginning. Eventually decided to continue,finally got to 50% completed when a second demand for payment was made £26! We wondered if any more demands would be made. Eventually decided to continue but felt like I had been mugged. It was a second hand phone and did not know this would happen.

I paid like $15 dollars for a old iphone unlock, then after few minutes it ask for another "Final payment" of $50 dollars, the phone itself worth no more than $75 dollars so I won't do that, they are just ask money from you.
So I think this is a phishing site, keep away from it, if there is 0 rating I'll choose it

They did successfully unlock the phone, but the $30 cost they lead with is just to verify the phone in a database and is non-refundable. They do tell you this, but it is buried in the contract. Then it required an additional $50 to do the actual unlock. At $80 total to unlock, it was getting close to the cost of just purchasing an older unlocked phone from eBay and saving oneself all the hassle.

Paid the initial fee to unlock to thphone only to be told after checkout that I had only paid for a security checkup. I had to pay almost twice as much more to get the unlock code for the phone. This should be made clear at the start of the process.

The price you think your paying for an unlock code is only to tell you your eligible for an unlock at a much higher price.
Ive unlocked many phones but never been charged so much for the privilege.
