I got what I was looking for

I wanted to unlock an iPhone to give it away, I paid the fee they said initially then I learnt it was an initial fee, it was a surprise for me to get another an bigger fee to get the phone unlocked, initially It wasn't well received because it looked suspicious, then after some more research I decided to continue with the process and it happened to be good

Buen servicio

Fue relativamente fácil hacer la compra, particularmente tuve problemas cuando solicitaron el siguiente pago (segunda parte del proceso) mi primer tarjeta no pasaba y eso me hizo dudar de la página pero intente con otro método y sin problemas, es muy importante leer todos los apartados para que no te lleves sorpresas al final del proceso, sería bueno que mejorarán ese aspecto es una buena técnica de mercado pagar en dos etapas, pero me hubiera gustado ver el costo total en letras grandes desde un principio, en mi caso demoraron un poco más de lo normal pero aun así cumplieron y estoy contento con eso.

POOR, JUST ANOTHER SCAM, HAVE ALL THE ANSWERS EXCEPT THE ONE TO UNLOCK. HAVE ASKED FOR A FULL REFUND. AS A WISE MAN TOLD ME, A FOOL AND HIS MONEY ARE EASILY SEPARATED. Couldn't provide the service, won't refund my money. Won't answer my emails, won't answer my live chat in the time it says on their website. They don't tell you i initially that you may have to wait up to more than a week. Mine to ten days, phones still locked. Out of pocket $170 NZD. Rip off pieces of $#*!!

Very very bad experience

This website is a scam they say at first that you only need to pay 15 dollars so I thought I was only going to pay 15 dollars then when you pay then halfway through it says that it was the eligibility check I could have had a eligibility check on a other website for free and then if when the eligibility check finishes then you have to pay 50 to "unlock" your IPhone then when you pay the 50 dollars 50 percent in to the unlocking process it says that you have to pay premium Because it's an IPhone. So I think that they should say at the beginning of paying the 15 dollars they should say that you are going to pay the 50 dollars and the premium so you don't get suprised, this is a scam

Need more clarity

They did their best to get my old Nokia unlocked but it was unsuccessful so I ended up getting a partial refund other than the phone verification charges. I recommended that they do actually act on their Support Pages within the time framework they state (which did not happen) and it was only later that I received a full explanation. I'm sure that they can deal with the majority of phone unlocks satisfactorily although mine seemed to be A Phone Too Far

At first I thought it was a scam but I have it a shot and it was worth it. Problem is, you get walked up a price ladder and might end up spending way above the initial fee but this depends on the complexity of your unlock.

The unlock may take way above the stipulated time but through this process, the customer service would be top notch; quick and detailed replies + a periodical progress report on the process.

In summary, they could be expensive and take longer time, but they would surely deliver as promised
