Initially charged £12, but it did not say that they were charging for the eligibility check. Then they asked for another £33 to unlock the phone Total of £45 I paid. I paid the full amount but O2 unlocked my phone. I provided all evidence to mobile unlocks still they refused my money back. They don't have dedicated customer service support, only contacted them via live chat and waited for the reply, it took hours and meanwhile, and I couldn't talk to them. I couldn't find a telephone number or email address to contact them. I would not recommend to anyone, please stay away from these scammers.

After initial charge of $28.99 (without the unlock code), you get another charge for $63.00, and after the second charge they ask for a THIRD payment of $100!

Unlocking an iPhone

I was a little hesitant about using an on-line unlocking site but decided to give it a go. I paid my money and waited. A message popped up to say it would take an hour. No joy after an hour. I then had to go out so left the phone at home. When I got back, four or five hours later,I found it had completed the unlock and the phone was ready to use.
I was very impressed and should I need to unlock any other phones I will not hesitate to use MobileUnlocks again.

IPhone 14 Pro Max( AT&T locked)

I was so skeptic as I have tried other unlocking companies and they were all fraud. So initially I did the standard service unlock and it didn't work because the phone was in contract with AT&T. So the Premium Service unlock was offered to me, which required an additional amount to be paid( I was so scared this was another scam) however I proceeded, I was informed the unlock would take 7 days. To my surprised it was unlock in 5 days, I highly recommend there's services!

Misleading pricing, then overcharges.

The website is misleading, but that's not the real problem I had. They charged me way over what it said they would charge my card for the eligibility check (more than double), then just fob you off when you follow it up. They seem to have a lot of positive reviews with very similar non human sounding language, & a lot of affiliate links, I wish I'd looked a bit deeper before clicking "Buy"...

However, it cost much more than I expected as I got partway through the process for £11.99, and then received a demand for another £26 to complete. The final cost was not mentioned in the initial introduction. Caveat emptor.

Misleading Fees and Well overdue

The process of unlock is an unclear method to unlock a device. It is not clear the first fee is an 'eligibility check' and that upon success there is a further unlock fee to pay which in my case was much higher than the initial amount expected. Shady tactics at the least. Proceeding anyway the unlock was to be completed within 24 hours. After cycling twice and the being further delayed the unlock was completed after a week...

It's not what I thought

I'll blame me but we know better. You pay $28.00 and think "OH my God great price!" But then they say that those $28 are just to check if you can unlock it. Then they say ok pay the rest it $41.00 so you end up paying more. Again I blame me for not reading thoroughly.
