The ate gonna ask you for the paymet and in the middle of the procces they are gonna day that the unlocking process doesn't worh that the gonna need another paymet of 255 and if ypu don't pay the 255 the are not going to give you a refound if you can't pay the 255 so the 100$ plus the 15$ that you have to pay to check your phone

There are hidden charges. I was asked to pay extra 50 to release the unlock code total of 96$, and since they sounded like they already have the code. I paid. They told me to wait more than 6days, ending they told me it cant be unlock. The worst, instead of refunding what i paid to my card, they only gave me a partial 78$ that can be used, to their website. For me, that sounded like "thank you for giving us free 96$". I feel robbed. Warning, if you dont wana be stressed and feel like you want to learn how to become a "beekeeper" and get rid of them. DONT USE their service..

I don't have any signal with Globe in our house that's why I need to buy a Smart sim but my phone was locked only to Globe since I am a postpaid subscriber. I am hesitant to try MobileUnlocks' service at first because it says it will take 7 days to complete. I am worried if this a good value for money. However, after the unlocking I was able to install a SMART e-Sim and it works pretty well.

At first I was a bit skeptical because I have tried multiple attempts before from different kind of services on how to unlock my phone.
I was surprised this morning upon checking my email & saw the msg that it has been unlocked and upon checking my phone it really turned 'No sim restriction'.

Easy process but I felt disappointed that the total cost of the service was not made clear from the start except in very small print
The initial cost was only advertised as £ 11-99 but then after the initial process another £ 26-00 was needed to complete the process
Thus the real cost was £ 37-99 not the initial £ 11-99 as indicated when the on line search was done.
I think this is a bit duplicitous

Told me it was £10 to unlock my phone. After paying it revealed it was a preliminary check to make sure it was going to be POSSIBLE to unlock my phone. I then had to pay another £20 for the process and despite it saying it would take minutes it took hours.
