They are scammers

They are scammers don't pay for them. First they will ask you to pay 14.99$ to check if they can unlock your device after that they said your device is eligible to unlock and you have to pay another 50$ to unlock it. After waiting for 8 days they will say your device cannot be unlock and we will give you a credit note! I asked them to refund my money back to my credit card they said our policy said we can't refund the money. Please don't believe this scammers.

They are scamming with there client and not unlocking phone and demanding more money to unlock, if sent more money then they demand more money and if we require refund then they block me, fraudulent people beaware to use this website. At the time of unlocking you people didnot mentioned that these are standard unlocking or or thing else you people only told submit 50 dollar fee of unlocking and after that you people demanding more 300 dollar for unlocking at the time of receiving of 50 dollar you people told me no further amount will be demand and its final final amount for unlocking. Your website is a big cheater or frauds with there customers.
Refund my money back.
From last 1 month you people work on resolution of refund but still no response and blocked me from live support.

Not very clear, when you see it says unlock for any carrier and says 28.99 and you pay it you think your unlocking your phone very unsatisfied and even more sad that you guys can't make me a happy customer and correct my situation or help me out, crazy it was 28.99 now it's 14.99

The price you pay It IS only a confirmation that your mobile phone IS able to be free. After they Will request another payment of 51€ to proceed with the unlock code. This IS 3-4 times expensive than all other webpage and you get confuse because the price they offer you is not the final price. Becarefull with this webpage

Best site ever to use, was a bit unsure to be honest especially when I had paid a certain amount and then was asked to pay another amount but went with it, everything was sorted so quickly, emailed straight away with order number and very user friendly as it was all told to you step by step instructions so you could not go wrong. Very convenient because it was so quick and easy, I really had nothing to do, saved me a lot of time as usually I would have to find a phone shop that unlocks phones, also I liked the fact that they gave you a list of network providers that they can unlock, would definitely recommend and if needed will 100% be using them again! 👌

Stay AWAY from MobileUnlocks, It's a SCAM

Paid $14 for a service that was clearly described a sim unlock. After paid, the asked for $69 more. According to them, the $14 step was for a "Pre-Order IMEI Unlock", so in order to "Unlock" I had to pay more! In addition, there's absolutely no way to recover your money. STAY AWAY, they are scammers. Confirmed.

It is a legitmate service.

Their pricing makes you feel a bit skeptical. You pay for an eligibility check ($28.99), which can be confused with the unlock procedure. Then you pay an additional fee to perform the carrier unlock service ($63). If they can't unlock it through a carrier request, they charge you an additional fee to do a remote USB unlock with a technician ($91). I followed all of their instructions and they were able to successfully unlock my phone. I did go into it thinking I would only spend $28.99 but my total cost ended up being $182.99 to unlock the phone. I just wanted to say it is a legitimate service and your phone will be unlocked but to expect it to be more than $28.99. I am very thankful for them helping me unlock the device, I would not have been able to do it without them!

Our process involves two payments: one for the Eligibility Check and, if eligible, another for the Unlocking Payment. Since your order status mentions that it is "Only paid for Eligibility Check, awaiting Unlocking Payment," it appears you are halfway through the process.

If your phone does not ask for an unlocking code with a non-Vodafone SIM card inserted, as per our procedures, you will need a Remote USB unlock, which requires an additional fee. All costs are outlined clearly before the final purchase confirmation on our website.

A bit of a scam

So first you pay 15$ to check if you can unlock it and then you have to pay another 50$ to do the actual unlock. It's kind of a lot of money, and on top of that they don't state that the 15$ that you pay is only to check if it's possible to unlock it. So far, they haven't unlocked it.
