I am really displeased because I had to pay to unlock the phone. This is a complete rip off and a way to exploit money from customers. I see no plausible reason why I should be charged for this service.

This service is a scam. They make it seem like they are associated with the official carrier and do not clearly spell out that it's an independent company. You can easily perform this service for FREE through your carrier.

It said it accepted my card, then it declined, had to try at least 3 times before it actually worked. No update whatsoever
Done and dusted in 2 days.So far the process has been very easy. Let's hope it works.
It took longer than 24 hours. But once I was complete I was notified via email. The phone is now carrier unlocked and I can use it across many SIM cards.
