First they advertise that the unlock is "instant". That is FALSE. Then, once you pay the $26, you wait about 24 hours for them to send you an email stating that you need to pay and additional $49. Once you do that they claim it's 24-72 hours to unlock your phone. I've now been waiting TWO WEEKS and it's still at 95%.

I emailed their support. I got a quick response from them when I told them that I was disputing the charges. I received 3 sentences about it would be unlocked quickly, but according to the contract I agreed to wait up to 30 days. But then spend 3 paragraphs telling me that if I disputed the charges they would come after me for LEGAL FEES which would be a minimum of $500. I emailed them back again telling them to pound sand and that I'd love for them to try and get me for their legal fees. And they still went on and on about how I agreed to (30) days and I couldn't dispute the charges blah blah. That was 4 days ago, and of course my phone still is not unlocked.

I owe NOTHING to the original carrier, and the phone is NOT blscklisted. This company is just nothing more than a scam!I

They say that there is a 2 step process but i could not find that information anywhere. Charged me $30 just to tell me that i require an extra $50 to actually unlock the phone. Avoid this company and go to your local store!

I saw the reviews and thought I would take a chance. The asked for $7.99 for and I thought, wow, that isn't bad. 24 hours later they asked for 29$ to unblock phone. Now they are asking for $79 to unlock my phone. This to me is almost fraudulent and a scam! Anyone else think that? I have sent a request for money back as I have e no faith that they won't ask for more obey tomorrow!

I put in all the details and still got nothing they asked for more details and said they'd get back to me and they didn't…. Really says a lot about them when they don't get back to you doesn't it…

Complete scam. Charge you twice. Once to say they can do it then a surprise charge to them do it then they didn't do anything. Then no way to reach anyone. Complete scam. Don't be used by these crooks.

I asked them for help they told me my phone could be unlocked but I had to pay another $79 after I had already paid $26. Waited a couple days with no progress contacted them they said they were still waiting it could take up to 30 days and that was what I agreed to in contract. After 30 days I then asked for refund because there was still no progress. They told me phone was locked to carrier and they could not unlock it and could only give me 50% of what I paid back. I still have not seen the refund! This is a fake site!Contact phone company. Do not pay them a dime!

They get you with the instant unlock then charge you money and then wait and try to charge you triple that amount! Worthless piece of $#*!!

I wish I had never wasted my time or my money with this company! First they want a small payment, then they ask for a larger payment! Well, we have waited well past the 30 days for my daughter's phone to be unlocked and NOTHING has happened! I left a voice mail and no response! The website they tell you to use on the voice mail is not there! Save yourself $100 here and go have a nice dinner somewhere, because atleast you get something out of that! This company is a JOKE!

I submitted the payment of $26 requested on their website to unlock my phone, after a day I received an email requesting for additional $49 to continue the process claiming that the initial payment was only to "check if my phone was eligible for unlocking" and no service was going to be provided to me unless I paid the new fee. They claimed that it was because my phone was "very expensive". First, I don't know what the cost of the phone has to do with anything, and second, my phone is worth $120 on a good day, they are charging me 63% of the phone's worth to unlock it! What kind of nonsense is this? Also, I reached out to ask for a refund of the initial fee they charged me, which provided NO VALUE to me, and they refused to give me a reasonable answer. First, they answered with clearly generic answers, possibly even AI generated, and they claimed that they can't because it is an automated payment process. What in world does that even mean? Emma was the lady who was responding to my emails by the way. Thankfully, I stopped at this point, I can only imagine how many more additional hidden fees they were planning on charging me. Save yourself a hell and stay away from this company and from Emma.

Paid twice was told second payment was to complete the unlock never given the reason why other than it being a newer phone and reassured we'd get 50%refund and never received it. Was told it was due to blacklisting yet phone isn't blacklisted at all. They then blocked our email to prevent us contacting them again. If we could give zero stars we would. In the process of social media awareness as well as bbb and police reporting.

The website is very very misleading. Initially stated unlock for $14.99. Paid that. Then another message saying to unlock will cost an additional $50. Paid that. Then after a day of waiting I got an email stating they giving me a credit note for my payments and I have to pay for Remote Technician unlock at a cost of $193. Just need potential clients to be aware of what can transpire when you try to unlock your phone with them. $193 to unlock a phone is astronomical and if stated up front I would of never ever started the process.

I payed 26 to start the unlock, and the another 54 to finish the unlock. It took 2 weeks to complete, and then it ended up being a waste of time because I wasn't prompted on my phone for an unlock code. They do not state that an unlock code prompt is needed for this site to work! It's on mentioned in the refund policy. They know for a fact that the prompt is needed but do not let customers know up front. Only in the refund policy. They know what they're doing. And it's shady.

When you make your payment of $15 to unlock your phone, they come back saying its good to unlock; now pay $50.

I paid $26 waited 24 hours for them to come back and try and hustle me for an additional $49. The claimed it was a "final payment" to the old carrier. It's not. This phone is paid off. It just was an old one that wasn't active for long. I bought it in cash. This is deceptive and illegal as many probably believe they are paying off devices. This company is an absolute scam. Should have read these first. Fake 5 star reviews.

10/10 do not reccommend going through a website to unlock your phone. I have been dealing with these people for two whole months now. To say I'm irritated is an understatement. After spending 20 or so bucks for the initial process and then you have to turn around to spend another 80 bucks! They were unable to complete the process, so I requested for a refund. They allow up to 50% for a refund. After waiting around for 2 weeks. No refund has hit my account! They use big, smart words such as "expedite" and "imminently." Clearly, they don't have the brains to understand what those two words mean because in my brain, it should be within 3-5 business days. Nope. Nothing. Nada. I have been thinking of pressing charges because they have been no help, and I feel as if I have been robbed of the money that I worked so hard to earn!

They charged over 20% for compatibility check and took 3-4 days for result. After I paid fully $60 and then didn't do anything for a month. Eventually they refused the full refund. Although they promised 1/2 refund then they never issued 50% refund. When I called my credit card bank, they almost filed this as a scam right away, which seemed to prove this company did similar scams for lots of customers.
I highly don't recommend their service - very likely scam business!

First. You have to pay $26.
They stopped working at 40% and then they asked me another $49 to release.
I did not know my S9 is expensive one(as of 12/20/23) and it says its final payment. I would not pay $26 if I knew there were additional fees.
They wont tell you there will be additional fee.
Im not sure it said "Final payment" but who knows. This is a typical method of fraud.

15 euros is just a precheck. They want another 45 after.

Big Big Scam. Don't fall for it.
